Jack in the Box is a restaurant that offers a mobile app for ordering and occasional deals. However, customers may experience long wait times for their orders, even when using the app. Some reviews mention that this location often runs out of products and drinks, leaving only half of the menu available. The milkshakes are a popular item, described as "fire" and "thick." The Berry Daze Red Bull drink is also praised, referred to as a "hypermouth party." The tacos are a highlight for many, with customers noting their simple and delicious flavors. Customer service is generally described as "immaculate," with staff being friendly and helpful, showing respect for all customers. Despite some issues with order fulfillment and product availability, the food and service have received positive reviews, and the management, including Manager Alejandra, has addressed concerns effectively.
