My family love this place, they have soo much fun everytime we come, there is a lot of different games, and the food is okay (it used to be better but after covid, they changed some things on the menu and they don't have that much but still good) i go because my kids love pizza, ice cream and the games.
This place can be pretty chaotic with kids running a muck! I did have a great experience, and the workers tried really hard to make it a positive experience. I booked a party for 100 people and the capacity in the cabin fever room is for 95. I was told we could add chairs, but this was wrong. Love the variety of games, food is ok except that when when I was serving me a slice of pizza I use a different pizza tool and immediately the manager or some person in the pizza bar screens to me that I have use the correct pizza tool!! I just say sorry because He make me feel terrible in front of people!!
