This place is very badly managed. 90% of the tables in our dining hall, had dirty dishes oln it the entire time we were there. We were there about 3 hrs and only once did I see an employee that looked like he was going to pick up dishes, but he didn't. At one point there was not a single clean plate in the food court. The kids said many of the games were out of order or required them shipping their cars multiple times in order to work. This was my first time at this location, and my last. I will stick with driving to the Buena Park location.

Love the variety of games, food is ok except that when when I was serving me a slice of pizza I use a different pizza tool and immediately the manager or some person in the pizza bar screens to me that I have use the correct pizza tool!! I just say sorry because He make me feel terrible in front of people!!

My family love this place, they have soo much fun everytime we come, there is a lot of different games, and the food is okay (it used to be better but after covid, they changed some things on the menu and they don't have that much but still good) i go because my kids love pizza, ice cream and the games.

This place can be pretty chaotic with kids running a muck! I did have a great experience, and the workers tried really hard to make it a positive experience. I booked a party for 100 people and the capacity in the cabin fever room is for 95. I was told we could add chairs, but this was wrong. I recommend you physically go check out the room and look for the max capacity because they will not add tables or chairs to the room. I was offered to move rooms but our party was hunting camo theme so we decided to stay and it worked out because some guest got there really late. Once you give the kids the play cards there was availability for the extra guests. Our host was gone half the time making animal balloons. I think they should have them made before the party starts. She was really sweet. If I had known no one would cover her, I would have just canceled the balloons. I ended up busses dirty plates until she got back. Once our party was over, they let us stay, but our room was no longer a private event. I really liked that they were lenient about that. The food area was clean and fully stocked during our party time of 12:30p -2p. I commend the workers in our room. They made a good effort to pick up dirty plates after our party time.Once it hit 3p. The crowds came, and it became chaotic with the number of people there. At the buffet, the food was running out, floors were dirty, and plates everywhere. Also, their AC was not working, and it was hot. Overall it was a good experience.If you are having a party, I recommend you have it during their off peak hours.The kids.... let me tell you that they had a BLAST! They loved it. Thats what counts.Happy Chomping!

Worst experience ever!!a the buffet was always empty, i paid almost 100 dollars for 3 adults and 2 kids and that was just for food. This location needs attention from the CEO . I strongly advise for management to be replace. There's was several employees just chatting while the buffet was empty. I would understand if they were short on employees but there's was several at the kitchen just standing around. Please stop ignoring the reviews and do something about this.its not the first time it happens.

Loved it here. All the food and although there were a lot of people there seating was easy to find. A bit pricey but it is really fun. They have big restrooms and clean. The arcades were fun. You have to buy your tickets on their kiosk then you may enter. A bit pricey so make sure you take extra money with you.

Food is good and the place has ride attractions but a handful of their machines do not work and the only way to find out is after you swipe your play card, which takes tickets away as if you actually played. No attendants in the arcade available to assist.
