Pollo a la grasa is really good . My complaint is for the picarones is expensive and is horrible. I think it is fried in the same oil with fries , We ordered 3 30.00 dollars
They are almost burner for outside and inside is not cooked.

Food quality has been going down lately. Soggy fries, hard rice, lomo saltado cut too big, chicken sometimes over roasted, salad wilting, green sauce watery. Overall, i'd be back.
This is an express any by far better than the full restaurant in Gardena.
