They gave it to me a little Luke cold, Green Chile was freshly made. The cheese was cold and did not melt. That makes the difference in a freshly made burrito. Put a little love in your product.”

She had a ham and cheese croissant sandwich and I had a everything Bagel with cream cheese. Both were freshly made and it was good. To top it off, another friend showed up right before I had to leave for class. Goes to show you, if you want great taste, this is the place.”

“I've been going here since highschool and they never disappoint. I always get a burrito usually carne asada. I have tried pollo and lengua and they are all delicious I do get alot of add ons to my burrito and they don't mind. I've tried their Jamaica it's delicious and the horchata as well. The textures and flavor of both are just right. Not too sweet and not bland at all. The one thing I fell in love with was when they used to dip the tortilla in the oil or grease then make the burritos it was just soooooo bomb bursting with extra flavors. I do recommend the red salsa inside the burritos it brings the authentic pure Mexican flavor together.. Btw I drive from Lancaster CA just to get the best and this right here is it!”

“Best hole in the wall Mexican food I have ever had. I have been eating here since 1987. The food is exactly the same. O can’t say the quality is the best but it’s acceptable and the amazing taste makes up for it. If you are looking for a hole in the wall experience with the best Mexican food this is the place foe you. This review is only for the food.”

The atmosphere is homey and quaint. There are only 2 people working, but the service is fine. If they are busy, the food is worth waiting for”

My brother said the Culver city location was salty so when I brought this over he was skeptical but it was good. Only thing I didn't like was that this location was in an Arco gas station.”

“Had a craving for puerquitos so I went to pick some up.I don't mean to come off rude but at first glance, the inside of the store looks a little dingy. The trays where the pan is placed looked filthy. They don't even wipe it down in between customers. I couldn't help question other sanitary practices there. I was a little reluctant to continue with the purchase but I did.The puerquitos were yummy, so yummy that that is the reason for my 4 stars. They were soft and good. So I have to give them that.”

“This a great place for pupusas.I had both a loroco and a revuelta pupusa. The loroco was very cheesy and had a very nice light veggie taste from the blossoms. The revuelta was full of flavor and not overly salty.The cortiodo had a nice bite to it and a pleasant balance between the herbs and vinegar.I also had a tamale de elote, it tasted very fresh. It came with crema and beans, and was a nice finish to my lunch.I think they make their own tamarindo Agua fresca - it had a nice tartness without being overly sweet.”

“I got here around 6 pm, and the trompo was on but not ready. Since I didn't want to wait, I got some tacos al pastor cooked on the grill, but the meat didn't have any crispiness. The tacos had good flavor but weren't quite right. They are probably great once the trompo is up and running fully. As of today, they are $2.30 each plus tax. Paid $5.04 total for 2 tacos.”

“Just found this hidden gem on a drunken night looking for a Mexican restaurant open at 4am all their ingredients are fresh, (the guac, Pico de Gallo, cheese, etc) not too much fat on the carne asada and the tacos are big this my new favorite spot.”

“Got a 2 item combo. Spicy tangerine chicken, orange chicken, white rice and chowmein. The spicy tangerine chicken was my favorite. Not really spicy, but very nice flavor to it. The orange chicken was good, chowmein was good and white rice was white rice. If I'm in the area, I'll try this place again

Parking: It's on a corner and shares parking lot with 3 other stores. I went after 8, so parking was easy to find. But during business hours I'm sure it won't be easy.”

“Damn that was good food! Best hole in the wall burger place! We were in town for a concert and my boyfriend wanted burgers. I trusted the reviews of this place and it did not disappoint. The burgers are great, the thousand island on the side was so good. Now I know why they give those out extra. We also got a small chili cheese fry. Everything was so good. Get the chili peppers to eat with your burger if you like a little spice.”

“I usually don't like to leave reviews on Google unless it's really bad or really good. Well, I'm glad I found this place! The food there is fresh and authentic. The price is very reasonable with a good portion size, especially the combos which are great value. I also tried some of their soups. They are absolutely yummy and soothing. Their service is really good too. I'm very specific about food. I asked a lot of questions on my first visit, but they were very patient and helpful. This place is now my go-to Chinese food spot. Would highly recommend it!”

“The Workers were funny cracking jokes it was kinda busy when I got there so the wait time was about 15-20 mins between the time you ordered and got your food. I was craving a charbroiled cheeseburger and it was delicious the prices weren't too bad either between 5-10 dollars for most items at least lunch items. Overall I would recommend this place if you not in a rush and want a good burger.”

“Anytime we come to the LA area, a stop at El Metapaneco is absolutely mandatory. The food and family atmosphere is top notch. The pupusa's are hands down the best I have ever tasted, and I married into a Salvadorian family! If you like pupusa's, you'll LOVE El Metapaneco!”
