Tacos el Banquetazo is a popular street taco vendor in the valley, known for its long lines that move quickly. Each taco comes with a generous portion of quality meat, with options including pollo, el pastor, and carne asada. The el pastor is a favorite among customers. They offer $1 tacos on Tuesdays and have a salsa station with various toppings. The restaurant's locations are shared on their Instagram highlights. The al pastor and buche options are popular, and while the buche could be crispier, it is still considered solid. The workers are friendly, and the prices are reasonable at $2 per taco.
