“I was at Heritage to celebrate a special occasion — the restaurant was cozy and homey. The kitchen was right in front of us, so the whole room was filled with different aromas. Both the service and food were great. The first few courses were delicious, adding a bit of extra excitement to the meal. That said, for a restaurant charging $195/person with a Michelin star, serving food and beverages on a cracked plate and in a chipped cup felt off. When I asked the staff about it, she gave me a smirk and downplayed it with some excuses and brushed it off. Better quality control may be needed as your guests deserve better.“

The red onion focaccia bread with herb and Parmesan butter, added Burrata - best- seller, a must. The 3 day brined smoked fried chicken-different taste, with soy and Chiles, a must!!!The Peruvian pork belly with sweet potato , Criolla and crispy quinoa , love it! And the Grilled NY steak with green garlic chimichurri, chorizo aioli and pommes pont neuf, thick cut fries…my son prefers over the fried chicken.“

Starting with the welcoming staff at the entrance. John, your hospitality is the beginning of the joyful experience. The restaurant is so elegant. We enjoyed the vaulted ceilings with wood beams. We enjoyed the large window at the kitchen area so you can see the Chefs at work. We got to sit next to the impressive wine rack display. The restaurant’s ambiance wouldn’t be complete without the soft background music. Our waiter, Issac, was a delight. He provided us with his expertise in choosing our wines, appetizers, entrees, and desserts. It was a pleasure to meet to give special thanks to the Chef, Danny Le and Su Chef, Donald. Their expertise is why we had an amazing and delicious dinner.“

“It was such a lovely venture out for my Mom’s birthday, on Friday. Alex and Dominique (management) are quite lovely, and helped make our dining experience all the more, a joy! Love the new additions to the menu, particularly the Mini Steak French Dips. The Chicken Parmesan was excellent with the twist of those ‘pepper-like sweet’ tomatoes. “I love this spot! Great little breakfast break on my morning walk.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating of my wife's gluten allergy(I grabber her breakfast to go).

I got avocado toast with poached eggs. Very fresh, cooked to perfection. A refreshing start to my day, definitely.

I plan on coming back for a soup and sandwich for lunch someday soon and walking it off in the park after..they seem to have a great deal!

Atmosphere was quiet and friendly. Lots of folks having nice little meetups and saying good morning to each other. Seems like a great place to be a regular.

“This my first time dining at The Melt. The staff were amazing. As we pondered over what we wanted to order, a staff member came and offered us free cookies. Another staff member, Andrew was patient with taking our orders and had the most contagious smile. I ordered the crispy chicken and garlic parm fries. The fries were delicious! Would come again and try grilled chicken next time :)“
