“I have been to this location multiple times over the past 35 years or so. I would often stop there before going to the Compton Blvd train station or on my way home after work. I really like their hamburgers and Chilli-Cheese fries (Loui's Burger Chilli-Cheese Fries are better, though), though I especially enjoy their grilled chicken or fried chicken dinners. Their breakfast meals are quick and affordable too!“
“My husband and I work near by and come here alot. Their salads are always fresh, and delicious. We've never had one that wasn't! They have a large selection of salad options, all made fresh to order, not made ahead and sitting in a cooler. They also have delicious soups, pasta salad, baked potatoes with asorted toppings, and fresh made juices. On Fridays, they have fish Ceviche! It is SO good and a favorite of ours. With so many unhealthy options to choose from, this place is a gem and really is the only place in the neighborhood to get fresh, whole foods that are not processed, full of fat, salt, and sugar. Their staff is always so nice and work to get you in and out fast. We can't recommend this place enough!“
“I been here 3 times and the food never disappoints I recently ate steak and eggs for brunch with view of the helicopters taking off which is one of those perks about this place. Their brunches are well prepared with food, drinks and music . Its a spot to get together with friends and enjoy a sat or sunday off“
“I hit the turkey gold mine. I ordered the turkey "soul" sandwich and it was so delicious and finger-licking. The turkey is seasoned to perfection. The combination of white and dark chopped turkey meat is pure heaven and don't forget the "soul" sauce ..the homemade gravy. Yummy! I hope you make the pilgramage to this restaurant... you will be smiling from ear to ear.“

“I frequent the Norwalk and Bellflower locations of a similar name and branding. The super fries here were very good in comparison to the other restaurants. The beans were the only minor difference but serving size and everything else was good. The large pastor taco was worth every penny, they stuff the taco with so much meat. The pastor was actually very tasty and crispy, big hit with the kiddos. I called ahead and my order was ready when I arrived, they were not stingy with the salsas and lemons either. Their salsas were good but pretty spicy so be warned. Overall not a bad spot to fulfill your Mexican junk food craving.“
“Great place for breakfast takeout. Small place. Since covid they closed the inside.. But it's so nice and quaint inside, I Wish they open the restaurant more. Nice small diner look.Parking: Not much parking on their lot but you can use next doors spaces they say, which is plenty.“
“Well I used to live in Compton CA and there was another BBQ placed there, I had been looking for a BBQ place near where I live in Bellflower and did not like any of them in my area. So I went to Compton and saw Johnson Brothers it smelled so good and there was already a line so I tried it and it was really really good, my family loved it, it's my go to BBQ place now.“

“Everything was seasoned well .. The brisket, ribs and turkey were all tender, moist, and delicious.....all mouth watering...couldn't eat it all...meat was still amazing the next day...not dry or chewy. The Mac and cheese was creamy the green not vinegary or sweet they taste more smokey...I'd definitely get again. *Side note my mom felt her's greens tasted a little salty. I did not have the same feeling I thought it was perfect . the bbq beans she stated taste like pork n beans with BBQ sauce ...I didn't try. We were both happy with the meal. The service was quick., and friendly... The truck is located right on the corner... Highly recommend.. I'm from the valley and I'd go again“
