It seems they rely heavily on rubs rather than a variety of seasonings, resulting in a lack of flavor. On the positive side, the charring on the meat is quite well done. The establishment is very clean, and the portion sizes are generous, ensuring you will leave feeling full. While the taste could benefit from additional flavor, I would recommend it to others primarily for its presentation. Personally, I would not revisit, but it is worth noting that this is a commendable black-owned business.“

As well as all the female cashiers were as equally kind and pleasant. The only thing I was disappointed with was the portions of my food I felt they were a little small for what I paid for.“

“Been meaning to hit this place, but always pass them up. Glad I stopped by, they got some good eats here. Tried the Vamipro with bistec and potato. Nice and crispy hand made tortilla. Potatos were healthy cut pieces and soft. Also had the Guisado sampler and man they are not shy with the servings. I definitely recommend the sampler plate if you are wanting to try the different options of guisados. For this location early is better as they do sell out of items on the early side. They also have restaurant where you can get there goods as well.“

“I was visiting the area and decided to check out the LBX Hangar. I was in the mood for something different and saw Marinate. I was told the bulgogi burrito is popular, so I tried it. And it was the best burrito I have ever had ... ever. The meat was so tender and flavorful. I love that it had vegetables so I could pretend it was healthy. I don't live in the area but every time I am in Long Beach, I plan to stop by.“

“My daughter took me to this BBQ spot while I came to visit. Let me tell you that it was amazing . I've been to Kansas City where they got the best BBQ but in my opinion this one is better than the ones I went to in KC. We got the brisket, Sausage of the day, cole slaw, Grammy's potato salad and Mac and cheese. They were all amazing. We got there about half an hour before closing and they were out of pulled pork, baked beans and burnt ends They must be the most popular ones which most people love. The staff was very friendly. “I got the tasajo which was already good but omg the moronga was DELICIOUS. I am usually not a fan of blood sausages or blood related food but this was so smooth, tender, savory and flavorful. If I didn’t already know it was a blood sausage I would have never guessed. The serving is huge if you eat standard servings you could easily split a portion but we got greedy.

Highly recommended just for the fact that they changed my mind about blood sausage.

“I randomly stopped here last night, I never noticed place. Thank God, I got a house tea, (bomb)that already set up good vibes for my food. Chicken Chow Mein, and shrimp Fred rice.both good but chow mein was delicious tasted fresh flavorful I really enjoyed it my lil ones loved it. The woman in the counter was excellent she had such a beautiful persona they could have turned me away since it was close to closing , I took it to go. Glad to receive points as the closer location doesn’t provide points which is odd because you can order on the app from that location and the app even says “you’ll receive points for this order” and you don’t.“

Mongolian beef was probably my second favorite. Also tried the Singapore Rice Noodle and House Chow Fun, the latter of which had perfectly cooked shrimp.
