“We went for the first time today and boy was it delicious! I had the brisket bowl my husband had the 405 sandwich and we shared the brisket loaded fries, it was all delicious there was nothing left! Cudos to the person that is smoking the meats in Artesia location and the staff😊“

“Amazing! The whole family eats here. Ribs are unique and usually aren't served anywhere, but really like how they are one of the only ones to serve it. Katsu and the chicken are always my favorite. I do however recommend that they have a different sauce instead of a house sauce. A regular teriyaki sauce would be really good, which is something I suggest.

The person working at the front is amazing! One man show during peak hours sometimes and I always see him working hard. Keep it up!“

“Found a treasure. This place is 10/10. By far the best kbbq place I've been too. The employees are so welcoming and sweet. I love the ability to order by phone, such a cool thing. It's so convenient and efficient. Everything is top notch. I live in the Antelope Valley, but you best believe I'm stopping every single time I go down to Artesia“

“I know there are a lot of bad reviews for this place but my most recent visit was actually pretty good. We were seated immediately and we were constantly checked on by the staff to make sure we had everything we needed. The bulgogi which I don’t order all that much, was the standout here. We ordered five rounds of it and it was delicious! The beef belly and brisket was also quite good and they kept bringing us sides of kimchi and radish paper which was greatly appreciated. Honestly I have no complaints. The last time I came here was seven years ago and it was a horrible experience but I’m glad I gave them another chance.“

“I had the best birthday dinner at Lalc! I had the Giant Sandwich loaded with Andouille sausage, brisket and pulled pork over slaw on a Ciabatta roll! It was soooo big I could only eat half! “We’ve been here four times now, which is probably the best compliment I can give. When Mo Ran Gak is at its best, it’s one of my favorite Korean restaurants in Southern California. When it’s off, the inconsistency keeps it from being a five star experience.

The first visit was outstanding. The galbi was perfectly seasoned, not overly sweet, not overly salty, with great caramelization and tenderness. The naengmyeon was exactly what you hope for. Icy cold with crunchy ice still floating in the broth, crisp vegetables and incredibly refreshing.

The second visit was a completely different experience. The galbi was noticeably drier and under seasoned and the naengmyeon arrived only slightly cold. The ice had already melted, which takes away one of the best parts of great naengmyeon. The slices of beef that come with the noodles have also been consistently dry. That may be traditional, but it’s never been the highlight of the dish.

The service is probably the weakest part of the restaurant. Nobody has ever been outright rude, but it’s difficult to get someone’s attention and the staff generally feels indifferent. You can tell they’re busy, but hospitality often feels like an afterthought. I’d probably rate the service around a 3 out of 5.

The restaurant itself is older but clean, with a comfortable atmosphere and moderate noise. Parking can be frustrating and there’s usually a wait, but that’s expected for a popular spot.

One thing I really enjoy is the complimentary crispy pancake they bring out. Honestly, I’d happily eat an entire plate of it. The banchan are solid overall, though fairly average.

Despite the inconsistency, I still think this is some of the best naengmyeon and especially bibim naengmyeon you’ll find in the Los Angeles area. That’s why we keep coming back. I just hope they can deliver the same level of quality every visit because when they do, it’s genuinely excellent.“

I got the bulgogi and it was perfect. Juicy, just the perfect amount of sweetness. A generous proportion and well balanced with the egg, veggies etc.. a perfect medley and entirely satisfying.“

“This Korean bbq is pretty good. It's cheaper than the others n there isn't a salad bar but if the meats are good that's what's important to me. Bulgogi was good as was brisket. Attentive waiters to make sure you've got meat to grill without waiting“

“I got the Smoking Song Sandwich with Mac & Cheese & it was delicious! I waited 30 more minutes to then order a $5 beer for the FIFA special. $5 fries & $5 beers during World Cup matches!
I had my Pomeranian with me so we enjoyed the nice spacious patio and still got a view of the TVs inside :) Employees are great! I’m looking forward to coming back to try more of their menu & trying their FIFA fries special 😋“

“Today I went to rodeo 39 in Garden Grove with some friends and I stumbled across Kra Z Kai's. It was my second time trying Laos barbecue. This place is a hidden gem for sure. Everything was the delicious. The ribs were marinated for 24 hours. The barbecue pork and the chicken were all marinated in the same sauce. The owner told me the service was fast and this whole ambience was nice some of the best food I've had in a long time next time I'm going to Garden Grove. I will come here again.“

I had Sticky Bones again tonight and I'm as thrilled as the first time I tried them and all the other times I've had them and in fact I feel like tonight's were the best ever. I seriously enjoy their food and hospitality. The hardest part is driving back to Cal Heights without opening the box and start eating. We were a group of 10 and we came right at peak dinner time, which honestly sounds like a terrible idea but thankfully they were able to sit us within 40 minutes. We were sat at two tables and had a burner each. The service was great, especially with how busy they were that night. The KBBQ was super yummy and I especially loved the steamed egg, I ordered two total. The house salad was so so good- I wish someone would tell me the recipe (pls) because I ate the whole bowl. The meat came out at a decent time and I enjoyed sides.
