Brothers Korean BBQ Reviews
The place is small and a little old, but it’s pretty well known around OC for Korean BBQ ribs. The prices are a little high, but the food is really good. Both the beef short ribs and pork ribs have great flavor without being too heavy, and you can really taste the meat. The side dishes are simple but good, and I especially liked the seasoned minari. It goes really well with the meat. Not a fancy place, but I’d definitely come back for the ribs.
It’s expensive, but the quality of the meat is excellent. Don’t compare this place to AYCE KBBQ. I come here once or twice a year because it’s far, but it’s worth the trip. The bean stew tasted different from last year—this time it seemed overboiled or not freshly made.
Great Authentic Korean BBQ experience.

Brothers Korean BBQ is a cozy restaurant that offers a variety of delicious Korean BBQ dishes, including prime beef, pork, and marinated squid that are highly praised. The restaurant has an old school original vibe and features both indoor and outdoor seating, allowing customers to enjoy BBQ outside over a charcoal grill, which brings out more flavor from the meat. The service is professional and attentive, with the owner being super nice and welcoming. While not a vegetarian-focused restaurant, they do provide vegetable side dishes.
Prices are slightly high, but deemed worth it for the quality of food and service, especially when dining in a group. The ribeye is a standout dish, and the banchan (side dishes) are also delicious. Customers particularly enjoy the bottom sirloin, which is described as to die for, and the Galbi, known for being not too sweet or over-marinated but just right. The bone-in short rib steak and skirt meat (pork) are favorites among diners, available only on certain days of the week.
Customers highly recommend Brothers Korean BBQ for its exceptional quality of food and service. The restaurant is known for its use of real charcoal, which is a rare find even in Koreatown. The friendly staff frequently checks in on guests, and while parking is limited, the overall experience leaves everyone happily stuffed and satisfied.
