Just came by for a leisurely Labor Day early lunch and Manny did not disappoint. We ordered two #3 combos, so 6 meats and 8 sides for 4 people. We had the brisket, tri-tip, beef ribs, baby back ribs, pulled pork, and the chicken. For the sides, we had 3 smoked beans, potato salad, 2 cole slaw, and 2 mac salads. Fantastic meat, and a Mac and cheese to die for, I normally do not enjoy Mac and cheese but this place is amazing, meat was Divine
Bought the $50 combo, the sides were huge, came with rolls and drinks. The meat servings were big. Definitely worth the drive to get there.

Bibs Ribs is a hidden gem and a family-owned barbecue spot in the city of Whittier. The food is amazing, outstanding, and delicious, with many calling it the best BBQ in town. The beef ribs are meaty and the best ribs in town, the tri-tip is tender and amazing, and the brisket melts in your mouth. Portions are huge and the 3-meal deal is a great deal.
The sides are much tastier than average and are real standouts. The mac & cheese is creamy and good, the smoked beans are good, and the potato salad is your traditional barbecue potato salad. The coleslaw and even the bread are also good.
The service is amazing, very nice, and patient. The owner is a very cool, friendly, and lovely person with great passion, who is awesome to chat with. It is a highly recommended spot not to miss out on, and customers definitely plan on coming back.
