“This place is AMAZING! The food is delicious and reasonably priced (and plenty to take home), the atmosphere is cool and the drinks are cheap! But the real stand-out is the staff - they are super nice and are working really hard to make sure everyone feels welcome. My new favorite place in LA!!“

“The dining room atmosphere was really cool⚓️, the music was awesome, and the food was delicious 😋 We ordered the 2 lb cajun garlic shrimp bucket, a bowl of gumbo, garlic fries, and calamari. The bibs and gloves given to us for eating were perfect and necessary for the messy juicy shrimp.🍤 Everything was very tasty and not too spicy. Can’t wait to come back and try some other items on the menu. Thank you for the great service and amazing lunch.😇“

“I got the Tikka masala pizza and garden salad as takeout and everything was delicious. It was some of the best pizza I've ever had and the salad was a larger portion than I was expecting for $8. I arrived about a minute before the order was estimated to be done and I had to wait about two minutes before it was ready. I can't wait to go back and try everything else.“

“Chicken wontons and the spicy beef noodle are pretty popular here. It's Northern style noodles so it's not the same as Taiwanese beef noodle in case that's what you're lol for. Good location with bunch of other great food choices. Overall not bad for a noodle stop.“

“Tried Ngon Yummy for the first time and since we entered, the workers are SOOOO FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING! And so nice to chat with. I tried this place with my family and we enjoyed the service, atmosphere, and food — I forgot to take pictures but we highly recommend their grilled beef with rice plate. We also ordered calamari, chicken wings, and their seafood stir fry but we liked the grilled beef the most. I think they are also affordable which is nice! I also had their green thai tea.
Thank you very much to the workers, especially the owner (I think he is the owner - male, wearing jeans usually — super friendly and genuine) and Ahn (blonde highlights) — Ahn is so funny and friendly too, very welcoming. You guys are great - thank you 😊🤍“

“The owner Sarfraz, was very hospitable and kept good company while waiting for food. We ordered the chicken biryani and Nihari, and both were so delicious! We ended our meal with the pink tea, which is a must, since it's not very common to see at Desi restaurants. Highly recommend eating here!“

“YGF Malatang in Artesia is basically a choose-your-own-adventure for people whose love language is soup. You grab a bowl, go a little feral in front of the ingredient wall, and emerge with the exact spicy, slurpable masterpiece your heart desires. The selection is dangerously good, with everything from fresh greens and noodles to all the savory add-ins that make you start rationalizing a second bowl before you’ve even paid. Once it all comes together, the broth is rich, deeply flavorful, and wonderfully tingly in that classic mala way that says, “yes, your lips are numb, and yes, you’re very happy about it.” On top of that, the place is clean, bright, and efficient, so the whole experience feels less like chaos and more like a very delicious personal victory!“

“The Tofu Spring Rolls are good, but lacking flavor. Me personally, I like peanut butter, but the Hoisin Sauce with Peanut Butter had a weird aftertaste. The pork chop was nice and charred, but also lacked some flavor. The vermicelli (noodles) is a nice filler. Great service, and overall nice interior, the only real problem is being crammed with space.“

“Bhimas is a vegetarian option restaurant that is one of a kind in Artesia. Food is 5 stars here. Always the best Gobi Manchurian in Artesia. Service is always timely, respectful and smooth. The menu variety is nice, the Indochinese food option can beat taste and quality of many of the Indochinese specific restaurants in the area.“

“Stumbled upon this location looking for somewhere to eat and when I tell you the amazing smells drew us in like a siren call??? There was a barely noticeable wait and we spent it eagerly looking at the menu. Service extremely prompt and scrupulous. Place is a bit small and they fill the space, so be prepared for loud noises. Food came out pretty fast, especially for being slammed, and it was all very, very good! Tried the ramen, udon, and one of the 'baked' rolls. 100% would come back to try more of all of the above!“

“I come here once a month to stock up on Indian food. The frozen curries are enough for 2 or 3 meals each with rice. the samosas are great and the lentil soup or dal is great for protein! I'll also buy a masala Dosa or idli's to eat with a mango lassie before going home. It's a great deal!“

“I tried their signature drink and really appreciated that I could adjust the level of sweetness to my preference.
However, the café is quite small and doesn’t offer much seating, so it may not be the best place for long study sessions. It seems more suitable for a quick visit—like most people do—stopping by to grab a drink to go rather than staying for an extended time.“

“Had the veggie bibimpab in hot stone pot combo with tofu soup with non meat broth. It also comes with generous sides of delicacies like kimchi, cucumbers, seaweed and more. Quite a feast! The service stands out as being very attentive and thorough. Would definitely come back. I hear that there are often lines out the door and I get why.“

“The family was in the mood for some Korean Chinese food and the place closer to my house was closed so we found this place. With good reviews we decided to try it. For those that grew up with Korean Chinese food, this place is just like what you remember from back in the day. They didn't try to modernize anything and just kept it as is, just like it's supposed to be. Everything was good and it tasted fresh. I usually don't order Mongolian beef as most times, the meat is very chewy, but it wasn't here. It was tender and flavored very nicely. We also ordered the Noodles with Black Bean Sauce Noodle aka Jajangmyeon. I liked it but it wasn't great. My family on the other hand thought that it was great. The Sweet & Sour pork and the Fried Shrimp with hot garlic sauce were crunchy despite us ordering to go. Their portion size was also good. I find most places charge more AND reduce the portion size but here, although the prices did increase, the portion size is still good. That's a big plus in my book. Overall, I would come back here again and would recommend it to others.“

“We have only moved here for a couple of months, and this restaurant has quickly become one of our family favorites for noodles and Chinese appetizers.
We love their lamb and beef noodles, they are yummy and nutritious, perfect for a cold and rainy day. Their daily specials are only $9.99 which is pretty good value these days.
We also like that they have several different kinds of noodles to choose from: regular is nice and al dente, thick ones have more substance, and rice noodles are nice and chewy.
Chinese Appetizers are one of their best offerings not to be missed, they are at the counter, covered for freshness so it’s a bit hidden. Basically you walk up and tell them you want to order appetizers, and they will open the lid and let you pick 3 kinds. We usually pick 2 veggies and one meat for $12.99. This complements our soup noodles very well.
Restaurant is generally pretty clean and comfortable, the service is prompt and courteous. Plenty of free parking.“

“No Toro Cafe is a great breakfast spot with a cool military-themed atmosphere that gives it a lot of character. The place feels welcoming and has a strong local, community feel.
The chilaquiles are a must-try — flavorful, perfectly cooked, and very filling. You can tell everything is made with care, and the portions are solid. Pair it with their coffee and you’re set for the morning.
Service is friendly and attentive, and the overall experience makes this place stand out from your typical breakfast joint. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re looking for a hearty breakfast with personality.
Highly recommend!“

“The food was tasty but there were some disappointments- we asked very clearly for very spicy and I made it clear that my wife is from Thailand and we are both accustomed to eating extremely spicy food. The food was not very spicy at all. I was disappointed by the lack of condiments and chutneys and also disappointed they brought so much bread at once and never offered fresh, so it was no longer warm and crispy by the time we finished. These are things I would overlook at a budget restaurant but this isn’t a budget restaurant. The food was good but I don’t think we’ll be back“

“Stopped in for the first time because we were craving a warm bowl of soup on a cold, rainy day, and it hit the spot perfectly.
The Atmosphere:
The restaurant is located in a strip plaza with plenty of convenient parking. Inside, the aesthetic is really nice and clean. It wasn't very busy when we went—likely due to the weather—making for a quiet and relaxing meal. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming.
The Food:
They keep it simple with one bowl size for their pho, and the portions are impressive.
Generous Meat: They do not skimp on the protein! My bowl was packed with a lot of chicken.
Flavorful Broth: The broth was very tasty and had that authentic, comforting flavor you want on a chilly day.
Overall:
If you're looking for a solid pho spot in Artesia with great service and big portions, this is a winner. We will definitely be back!“
