“Very good burgers and chili cheese fries. Service is a bit slow because everything is cooked to order. I recommend ordering ahead online and then picking up. However, it's so worth it. Oh, and the pickles are delicious.”
“A great casual option for a typically upscale cuisine. Their specials menu are true, rotating specials instead of cherry-picked menu items. The pasta is definitely made fresh day-of.”
“Got the brisket rice bowl with LA slaw and salsa verde and a the 101 sandwich with pulled pork I got a side of bbq sauce to dip it in pretty damn delicious also got a extra side of salsa verde for my rice bowl it was very good!”
“Happy Bee, Happy MeFormerly Rice on Dish, Happy Bee Kitchen has been on my weekly food rotation. Delicious Chinese food, served by friendly & caring staff who remembers their customers. As per usual, lunch specials are what I go for when it comes to Chinese food.Stir-fried beef w/ ginger & scallions-So tender! Beef, in all it's iterations, is my litmus test for a Chinese restaurant, and Happy Bee's stir-fried beef w/ ginger & scallions is a winner. Packed with flavor, I'd order this again in a heartbeat. That is, if I don't choose Mongolian beef.Peking duck-Love that crispy skin! The Peking duck was succulently decadent. The meat was unctuous with all the duck fat, and when paired with baos, vegetables & sauce, a filling & satisfying entree.Curry chicken-Normally I don't order curry dishes, as most restaurants (usually Thai) serve curry with more potatoes than protein. Here, at Happy Bee, I'm delighted to say their curry chicken was predominantly chicken. Oh so tender chicken! The bell peppers & curry provided a good amount of heat, enhanced by the addition of chili oil on my part. Really good!Service has been excellent. The staff have always been hospitable & cheerful the times I've been at Happy Bee. A good amount of seating via tables & booths, with 1 large banquet table w/ a Lazy Susan. Parking is at the 99 Ranch Plaza, with Happy Bee located next to It's Boba Time & Let's Sea Bag n' Roll at the southside of the plaza.Wonderful food, wonderful people. Happy Bee Kitchen is one of my favorite places to eat weekly. I'm having a delightful time exploring their menu, and am looking forward to what culinary delight awaits me next. Highly recommend!”
“There was only two people left working the whole shop but they still didn't cut corners on effort and made our dessert (loaded brownie) look aesthetic and taste great. 10/10 variety of food that's halal.”

“Soooo good! Lots of choices. Fast service in bringing out the food. I was sooo hungry when we finally got in. The wait was a little long but it was worth it. Our server was also very good Aaron. He always came back to check if we were doing ok. Definitely something I would recommend. I'll be back soon.”
“Love coming here and getting the lunch special which comes with 4 wings of your choice or crispy boned in or no bone, coleslaw and fries! Beer is on happy hour until 5”
“The food is always fresh and delicious. Most of the time I walk-in, it’s empty so food arrive very quickly. One thing I don’t like is getting charged the automatic TIP if you bring 6 or more people to support the small business restaurant. This makes absolutely no sense here and any other restaurant. This should alway be left up to the customer to decide. The automatic TIP charge is 15%-20%.”

“We had spent the day at universal eating mediocre food, then this savior of a restaurant fed us the most delicious homestyle Ethiopian food. Nutritionally balanced, low on oil, not overly spicy, and fabulous on flavor. My husband said it was so good, it made him want to cry. We will definitely be coming back.Vegetarian options: They have an entire vegan section that is also nut free.Parking: Small parking lot with lots of available spots.Kid-friendliness: Some kids were sitting in the back section watching TV during our meal.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the second floor, but there is an elevator and a curb cut out to reach elevator.”
“I’ll definitely be dreaming about their strawberry matcha latte ! Seriously so good. Seating was great, and services was quick. So sad I’m not a local or eles I’d be going here daily.”
“I was on a delivery call out to Artesia and after driving for over an hour to get here I got hungry so I looked at my surroundings and as far as restaurants go there were slim pickings, but out of the corner of my eye I saw this Mexican restaurant across the street from the fast food place I was going to settle for.I'm glad I looked around because I discovered gold!I've been to many Mexican restaurants all over LA county and this one is in my top 3 from hundreds of others. The food is original and the flavors really come through onto your palate.I could taste the fresh chicken inside my enchiladas, I could taste the freshness of the green sauce, I could taste the lemon on the onions that topped my enchiladas, I could even taste which chiles they used for the hot sauce they brought with my chips while I waited for my food. Everything had its own flavor but it was a compilation of true freshness that can only be achieved when you truly value your craft and this amazing restaurant is head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to honest, fresh, and flavorful Mexican food!If I lived nearby I would eat here 3 to 4 times a month. The variety of dishes gives you so many options it's impossible to repeat the same dishes in 30 days! LOL.I loved the atmosphere within his family friendly and I definitely loved the food. You can trust me on this, Oaxaca Village is as authentic as going to a Mercado in Guadalajara or a Fonda in Huatulco.Get here as soon as you can, you'll thank me later.Parking: A few stores in this little strip mall but you can also go around the building to find more parking.”
“Always happy to visit a new third wave coffee joint in this part of the oc which is largely Starbucks land/doughnut shop territory. It's changing over time, there are now at least four or five third wave/Asian style coffee spots in and around Artesia. I stop through here on my drive between la and the westminster court (I'm a defense attorney). So I was here at opening (7 am), they were ready to go, washing the windows even. My cappuccino was very good, pastry options looked like the same stuff they have at all the other third wave coffee places. They had some fun sounding coffee drinks. Sitting area and bathroom situation was nice. Would return but not to eat.Vegetarian options: All of it.Dietary restrictions: VeganParking: Shopping center parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Sure.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.”
“We went for dinner on the earlier side with four adults and four kids. It was delicious! The staff were kind and accommodating. We got the rice bowl, noodle bowl both with ground pork, my brother got the Taiwanese beef bowl and he loved it. The kids liked the plain noodles, and it's nice you can add sides like egg and bok choy. The pot stickers are nice too. Everyone enjoyed the food! Really good and would love to go back soon.”
“Very good burgers and chili cheese fries. Service is a bit slow because everything is cooked to order. I recommend ordering ahead online and then picking up. However, it's so worth it. Oh, and the pickles are delicious.”
“They have the Economic meal. You can choose 3 dishes for around 30 something. Chicken with sesame oil and bean sauce. Beef with Chinese Broccoli. Bean curd with pork.”
“A great casual option for a typically upscale cuisine. Their specials menu are true, rotating specials instead of cherry-picked menu items. The pasta is definitely made fresh day-of.”

“I had chicken waffles and a burger, and the server was very friendly I think the chicken would taste better if it was slightly salty and without the seasoning (false?) haha. The atmosphere is nice and clean, but the parking lot is a bit small.”
“Passing by on a hungry Sunday and hung a u-turn when we saw pics online. We ordered the #2 and the #4 - keep it simple:#2 rotisserie chicken - simple and delicious. And the #4 bomb crispy porkCertainly stop, hang your turn and come back - yes. We are glad that we did. The portions are enormous and all the flavor is sensational. We are definitely coming back when we have that begging question "what should we eat tonight?" :)”
“Ordered the non-spicy beef noodle soup (hand-cut) and added my own level of heat. Nice broth. Wish I had seen their cold drinks lineup before getting my green tea order from the bakery. Will try their milk green tea next time along with some other dishes (lamb, cold noodles).Nice sitting area shared with the hot deli. Reasonable prices and solid portions. The lady that took my order is nice & served the food to my table. Unexpected and much appreciated!”
“I've heard of this place and wanted to try it out since I was eating in the same plaza. I liked that this place has some more unique flavors than your typical boba place. I opted for the Ba-La Matcha, which consisted of pure guava nectar, lactose free milk, and matcha. The drink was very refreshing and tropical. The boba had a great texture to it. Overall, I was pleased with my selection.”
“There was only two people left working the whole shop but they still didn't cut corners on effort and made our dessert (loaded brownie) look aesthetic and taste great. 10/10 variety of food that's halal.”
“I met my friend here for lunch as it is one of his go-to places for Tawainese/Chinese homestyle food. He ordered us a good amount of things to try - including the Three Cups Chicken, Stinky Tofu, pork spare ribs, Tawainese sausage and buns, and veggies. We had plenty to eat and everything was delicious. I don't think you can go wrong with the food here.”
“We got there during Busy Busy lunch time on Sat. We barely sat at the table at the entrance. I was not feeling comfy. The customers passed right our table at the door. No relax this time. We got the menu for special lunch. Small portion w less expensive. We ordered fried dumplings, chicken w lobster sauce, and chicken kungpao. The foods were delivered so fast even thou they had lots of Take out orders. I liked the fried dumplings, Juicy and crunchy. For the chicken kungpao, I give 3 stars, missing something. Spicy but not really flavorful. The chicken pieces are too small, I couldn't taste the chicken. We both liked chicken w lobster sauce, mild, so creamy, soft shrimps w lots of veggies. I give 4 stars. Overall, I was not relaxed due to the corner of the entrance. People and the staff bothered me. However, I want more fried Dumplings. Today's best was fried dumplings.”

Ramen Zuru
“I was craving ramen and this place always hits the spot. Ordered Tonkotsu and it was perfect. Super delicious and the service was very friendly and prompt. Will definitely come back!Parking: The restaurant is in a plaza, so there is plenty of parking available in the parking lot.”
Outdoor Dining
“I bring my friends a lot. And people mostly know this place. Can feel pretty decent traditional pho. I'm a regular. My favorite Vietnamese rice noodle restaurant. When I was having a hard time after going camping, I went and ate to cheer myself up and finished packing up my belongings from the camping trip that day... It gets me full energy ♥️ ?”
“Food tasted old, cheese cake was not fresh, but it was still very good. Got a sidecar with my shake! Heck yeah! I love that. Parking is weird and there's not much of it. Free parking, they will give you the "Get Out" after 1 hour. If you are tired or other. Many hotels dot the area it's just off the freeway. Parking is freeParking: 4 tight spots near the entrance and face the road. I expected to turn straight in, but it was more of a 90+ angleKid-friendliness: They have crayons and paper, but it lacks the excitement children often need to keep their attention!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchairs and others physical limitations. 2 parking spots within 1 or 3 yards from the concrete ramp entrance is less than 10 yards”
“By Far this is the Best Boba Loca! We've tried many boba places over the years and this is always our first choice. We literally have a Boba Loca close to home, but it's worth the drive to Cerritos from LM. Everything is fresh and the owner is Super Nice. My Boys love the Mango shave ice. You must try!!”
“Homemade Gujrati thaali. Ate after a while and was amazed with the fast service. Great authentic taste. Being brought up in a Gujrati colony this made childhood memories fresh again. Swadista ??”
“A great hidden gem. Must try coffee. It's tasty and fresh. Unfortunately, by the time I reached the coffee shop, all the goodies were gone. I will try next time.”
“This Korean restaurant off the 91 Freeway is like a hole-in-the-wall where you can immediately miss it due to the freeway proximity. Adjacent to this stand alone restaurant, was a Nepalese restaurant that's distressed, so the attraction to this restaurant does not look appealing. However, we should judge a book by its cover, this place is worth the visit. This restaurant has a standing CRT old-school television hanging on the corner. Although it wasn't functional, seeing that electronic was a blast from the past! What we ordered:HWANGSIL BOSSAM (House special steamed pork wrapped in kimchi) - The description can be challenging for some folks who have never tried "bossam", but the true beauty of its taste is the pungent flavor of garlic, the spiciness of kimchi, and the savory and sweet taste of boiled pork. Overall verdict, GREAT if you don't want to travel to LA for the next best thing. Service was amazing as we received a complementary drink for being chummy with the owner. I have also heard great things about their signature dish, Hae-mul-tang (Seafood Soup), which I can't wait to try.”
“After my salon services it's must for me to get a KFT. If your in need of a good refreshing drink , please go ahead with purchasing one at KFT in Cerritos.Kid-friendliness: Customer service is great.”
“Perfect for a date or with the family outtings or even friends as well excellent food and customer service Definitely Recommend pirates kitchen!Kid-friendliness: They have lots of seating and hi chairs for babies/toddlers”
“Peaceful spot where you can enjoy hot and cold Korean soups and BBQ. Their fixings are also good. They've got Terra and Cass beer consistently also. Customer service is fast and very accommodating. They check in on you every so often if you need anything. They also have golf on their screens during tournaments and the place is very clean. Their Cold Noodle soups are comfort food along with their beef bbq ribs. The same owners and employees here have been hospitable and sweet.”
“One of the greatest restaurants when it comes to flavors and customer service. The head chef is the most humblest person I have ever seen and the staff takes good care of you.”
“Easy ordering online or by a phone call. Quick pick up process, convenient parking space. But the food is the primary reason for me to go back to this joint. They have the best popcorn chicken in Cerritos. Of course their ground beef meal and pork belly stew meal are superb as well.”
“Green Banana Leaf is inside a plaza, can be chaotic to find parking on weekend lunch hours as it is near other popular food/ drink places such as bopomofo and 86 cafe.We ordered arroz caldo ( Filipino chicken ginger congee ), it is pretty good! I like the gingerly taste and warmness. We also ordered the pancit ( stirred fried rice noodle with pork ), the portion is large and we take the rest home after. The combination with the rice noodle, cabbage, pork , green onion and shrimp is pretty tasty. Although the shrimp is a little bit smaller.Service is pretty good, the lady is friendly, ask to refill our water, saw our table is a little bit dirty and offer to wipe it down for us.Inside they have a karaoke stage, and projector of music videos, music is lively. We went during lunch and haven’t seen people on stage but the music is soothing to hear. Inside the restaurant is mostly decorated green and red theme- like Christmas lol.Would recommend this place!Parking: Parking on weekend lunch hour is a little bit chaotic since there are other popular restaurants around”
“Came for the pani puri and dosa and they are both very good. It's my first time trying pani puri and definitely won't be my last. The fried bread is crunchy and it's the perfect vehicle to deliver the chickpea, potato, tamarind chutney filling. We got the dosa with cheese, tomato, and onion. The outside had a nice crisp, followed by the nice savory filling. One order comes with 2 good size dosa.Last thing we had are the potato samosa, which was a little too dense for my liking.”
“Amazing place their katsu chicken and bbq chicken is really good. Personally I put sriracha all over it since I like my food with a bit of spice to it. Macaroni salad is really good too didn’t think I’d be a fan. Kind staff as well.”
“I came today with my friends to have a good time and we really enjoyed this place, the sandwich was perfect and the atmosphere is incredible, we will be back soon ?”

“The spot is a little hidden gem ! This Mexican restaurant has been at this location for about three years. I go down the street every single day and did not see it until I seen a sign that was in back of a truck in the parking lot so the next morning, which was today I stopped by and had some Menudo , we also ordered 2 shrimp tacos and one pancake for the kiddos ! The Menudo was really tasty tell you the honest truth probably one of the best ones I've had in a long time! The shrimp taco was super fresh, handmade, fresh corn tortillas, and they give you a big bottle of chipotle sauce so good!! my two girls had a pancake, pretty fluffy and big. I cut it up and pieces for them and they shared it. Overall, the food was delicious. The service could be a little bit better, but I think the waitress was pretty new. I was on my second bowl of chips and salsa before we got our drinks. .. The chips and salsa were perfect. They always say if the salsa is great at a Mexican restaurant, the food is gonna be better And it was !!! that's salsa was so good ! I do highly recommend you try their Horchata it is homemade not store-bought ! You could just taste the difference one of the best we've had in a long time. Thank you so much for the great food and the awesome Horchata. We will definitely be back. See you soon.! And this location is very clean and the staff was super friendly. I almost forgot to put that.”
“I don't have photos , but this place is awesome expeince. The place offers regular pizza and also Middle Eastern India flare so many different options to the expeince..I can tell the have a lot of passion for thier work..My hat is off to them good service fresh good toppings and varieties..I'll be back one day..Thanks So Much for the great pizza experince..Chicago Pizza Rocks..???”
“Legit Taiwanese food! Had the Chinese sausage appetizer (served with slices of raw garlic - YUM), shrimp omelette (with the perfect gooey consistency), braised pork belly rice, and Taiwanese sausage fried rice “ketchup style”. 2 of our dishes also came with soup, and those were yummy as well. I haven’t had a lot of these foods since being in Taiwan years ago, and these definitely satisfied the craving. Will be back to try the Teppan sizzling steak!”
“Good Chinese food, pretty authentic. Ordered eggplant with garlic sauce (鱼香茄子), fish, and wonton, all delicious and very fresh, with very reasonable price. Will try their noodles in the future! They do charge 3.5% extra for using credit card, a bit annoying.”
“Perfect place to enjoy flavorful punjabi khana. Paratha's are prepared fresh upon order & served with pickle & raita. Lots of choices from curries to kabab. Service was quick too.”
“Went there just to try pani puri but ended up ordering their chicken momo too. Their pani puri was the best I have tasted so far and their chicken momo and chilli sauce was bomb. Best service is a plus.”
“Loved the biryani!! Thai tea was good, they forgot to add cream\milk in the Thai tea but then we spoke to them and they fixed it. The Malai Chicken tandoori was the one of the best Indian dishes I have ever had. The chicken 65 and the shrimp tandoori was delicious too. Overall it was a good meal.”
“We reached here around 3 on Sunday afternoon and they were wrapping up buffet lunch but they allowed us a seating. The Indo Chinese fusion entrees in the buffet were really good and one of the best we have had in the US. There was a very nice singer who was singing ghazals live and that made the experience even better. We will definitely be back!”
“"A Heavenly South Indian Feast at Udupi Palace!"**Review:**After a long drive through the bustling streets of Los Angeles, my weary taste buds found solace and delight at Udupi Palace. This gem of a restaurant is a haven for anyone craving authentic South Indian cuisine. The ambiance of Udupi Palace is inviting and warm, making it a perfect retreat. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and were incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with expert recommendations. The standout for me was their dosa, a masterpiece of crispiness filled with a perfectly spiced potato mixture and you cant miss thali. Each bite was a harmonious blend of textures and flavors, transporting me to the streets of Southern India. The accompanying sambar and array of chutneys were equally impressive, each adding a unique layer of flavor to the meal. But the real surprise was their Mysore Coffee, the perfect end to our culinary journeyUdupi Palace isn't just a restaurant; it's a culinary experience that captivates your senses and leaves you longing for more. Whether you're a lifelong lover of Indian cuisine or a curious first-timer, Udupi Palace is a must-visit spot in Asteria. Highly recommended for an unforgettable dining”
“I haven’t tried their main dishes but their appetizers are so good! My fav is the pork ears, they’re truly the best in town. They cut their pork ears into super thin strips which made every bite covered in chili oil and easy to chew. This remains my top 1 pork ears in California even after I moved out of Cerritos. Soooo good!”
“Personally I had no issues with the food itself or the service when I visited last month with two friends. The chicken biryani I ordered was great as were the samosas. However, I don't understand why I keep receiving texts from the business late in the evening complaining that the waiters don't receive tips. This is a rather alarming allegation from whoever the sender is against their employer and hopefully whatever the purported situation or alleged dispute is gets resolved through some other means or avenue. Nonetheless as another reviewer had previously said, this seems rather unprofessional to involve a onetime diner (who has ABSOLUTELY ZERO independent knowledge whatsoever of the working environment at the establishment), and especially to text late at night, at 10 pm. I'd like for the texts to cease, please.”
“Good food, authentic. They offer buffet on Sundays. Friendly service. Restaurant itself is outdated, including bathrooms, needs some renovating.Wheelchair accessibility: There's an elevator to access 2nd floor”
“Every dish here is delicious. We had fried anchovies, chicken tandoori, goat biryani, goat pepper curry - best curry i ever had, malabar parotta (bread) - best dipping in the curry & an unusual drink-Nannari Sarbath (drink). Worth the visit. I would come back here again to try to other dishes. The restaurant had lots of parking, great atmosphere and excellent service. Thank you guys. We loved the experience.”
“Sambar and chutneys were excellent. I was craving something spicy and andra kara masala dosa hit the spot very well. I also liked how it didn't felt too greasy or had an overwhelming buttery taste. However, the dosa came out soft and pale. It would have been a perfect meal if they didn't undercook the dosa.”
“We went to Pista House in Artesia and ordered chicken biryani. The taste was really awesome! After a year, we finally got to enjoy some delicious biryani outside.”
“Every single dish we order here is good. Some filipino restaurants have very few ingredients but this spot, the value and portions, are worth it ??The ice machine or water machine they use may need filter changed or serviced though.”
“First time ever having Thali and I gotta say there wasn't one dish I didn't enjoy! Service is great and the Mango Lassi was among the best I've had.Private parking lot with plenty of space makes it easy to access. I'd def come back.”

“Chicken 65 is awesome, I like it as semi dry ?. Fish fry also tastes good. I really liked the food quality and taste. Chicken is very fresh. Limited menu, but best. I recommend this to all my friends. Service is also very good and less wait time:)”
“Small quaint coffee shop next to the green banana leaf, cold brew coffee here is excellent and they have an extensive sweet coffee and fruity drinks. Their pastry looks pretty good too, will have to try next time. Parking was ok at night as it does get busy in the daytime.”
“I am trying all the khao soi places in LA and stumbled upon Thailicious while on the SGV eats facebook group. So glad I discovered it because its one of the best khao soi in the LA area. It tasted really authentic just like northern thailand. The prices here are great because you can get a small noodle dish for $7.50 that can fill you up! The servers were really nice and service was fast. Parking is super easy as they have their own parking lot”
“Soooo good! Lots of choices. Fast service in bringing out the food. I was sooo hungry when we finally got in. The wait was a little long but it was worth it. Our server was also very good Aaron. “This place was amazing! Tonight was our first time here and I cannot wait to go back. The wings are BIG so for the price, this is a steal! “This place is like other Tasteas, they make very good drinks, they are worth the cost. Unlike one Tastea I have been to, this place has been consistently good, they drinks haven't been contaminated with flavors from other drinks. Service is good here.”
“I saw on X a post by Giancarlo Moreira promoting Los Consomes so my hubby and I went to visit. The atmosphere and vibe was very welcoming and mama kitchen. The pozole was the best on the West Coast. My hubby loves the asada tacos. The food was fresh, flavorful and great portions. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward in bringing my in laws and family and co-workers.”
“I was craving ramen and this place always hits the spot. Ordered Tonkotsu and it was perfect. Super delicious and the service was very friendly and prompt. Will definitely come back!Parking: The restaurant is in a plaza, so there is plenty of parking available in the parking lot.”
“A husband and wife selling what they do best. Homemade Yakiniku, Chicken Karaage and Musubi. You can order online or at the place but mind you that this is a take out place; there is no table for dining in. The wait is about 10 minutes if you place the order at the store. I came there during lunch time and they were super busy with orders and yet I only waited for 10 minutes. The chicken karaage nugget is so big and the portion of yakiniku bento is big enough for 2 meals. A go to place for a quick Japanese meal.”
“The ice cream is delicious and the Banana split is massive. The matcha ice cream is so good and actually tastes like matcha. They get very busy at times but service is fast.”
“One of the greatest restaurants when it comes to flavors and customer service. The head chef is the most humblest person I have ever seen and the staff takes good care of you.”

Drive-Thru Restaurants
“The drive-thru is usually busy.Pro-tip: Enter the location from their north entrance while heading east on Artesia Blvd. It will allow you to drive directly to the entrance. If you attempt to enter from the east entrance, there is a good chance you will impede traffic and have to turn around in the small lot.”
“Had amazing Mysore bonda with authentic peanut chutney.. hope this place maintains the taste and quality over time. It's an added gem to artesia! The pani Puri served on a bandi is very yummy as well.. overall very satisfied and will be returning”
“I was craving the Baja Blast Freeze, which would have cost me close to $4, so I ordered the online app box for $7 which included the drink, cinnamon twists, a crunchwrap, and a 5 layer burrito. I enjoyed the drink the night I was craving it, and had lunch ready for the next day. One of the best spontaneous choices I've made in the past week.”
“They really need more staff for this location, there is no excuse for poor service and being out of items. Last time I visited, they had a sign saying they were short staffed. I should have just walked out and ate somewhere else. They had one very slow cashier to handle all the customers, and for the food, they were out of spicy chicken.I asked when the spicy chicken would be ready, they said until further notice. It's understandable to short staffed during the pandemic but this is a busy location and there is no exuse for not having enough staff or food. Also the food buzzer system was not working, so they just called out your name. They seemed to be backup up on orders, and several people were waiting a LONG time to get their food. My order took around 25 minutes, and the average fast food time in the area would be 5- 10 minutes.Update, they brought back spicy chicken so all is right again. Must have went on bad day, glad they improving.”
“Finally under new management. This place needed a change. Hopefully this new team brings back the good customer service they used to hav Finally under new management. This place needed a change. Hopefully this new team brings back the good customer service they used to have”
“I always order chicken Dum Biryani from this location whenever around Artesia and it’s always the best. I will vote their biryani No 1 in whole California after trying and wasting money at so many other restaurants. Double masla extra spicy is love. Please open a restaurant in central valley please so we don’t have to travel south for biryani.”
“The food is always consistent. What I mean is the people preparing my veggie buttitos and tacos alcarbon make it like it supposed to be. Some places (no names) have all the stuff at one end or the other. This place takes pride in making my dinner.Vegetarian options: My wife loves the 8 layer veggie burrito and an extra for lunch the next day.Dietary restrictions: I get the tacos AlCarbon. Minimum carbs, tasty and has the protien I need. I'm in great shape and this quick option is a huge convenience without adding un-needed carbs, fat or calories.”
“Need more employees. The person at the cashier was doing the hustle! Did her best to get customers in and I. People are waiting because she was the only one multitasking. 2 hispanic middle age women was prepping the chicken. There was one employee working the drive thru. Out off Cajun rice☹”
“I asked my son what he wanted to eat and he automatically said Burger King. He loves it because of the nice people and the playground. I love it because of the nice employees and the cleanliness. They are very efficient and well kept. We enjoy ourselves every time.”
“Delicious and great prices with great service!! Love the concept of putting in requests through the phone instead of having the waitress/waiter come by all the time. Definitely my new favorite kbbq spot!”
“The service is very good and fast. All the staff are nice. The girl who took my order is very friendly. I visited the place at night so there were so many customers. But they took my order very smoothly”
“Authentic Filipino cuisine love their pinakbet, my hubby loves the beef tapa. Every time I go to West Covina I have to stop to this restaurant love Love this place”
Cheap Eats
“5 stars .. 5 stars!!! our bakers of choice for the last 20+ years ... BEST CAKES EVER ... they did my parent's 50th wedding anniversary cakes, nieces quinceanera cakes, family wedding cakes and basically every family member's birthday cakes, baptism, first communion, etc.”
“We went today for their Grand Opening. The restaurant is clean. The Owner (Carmela), the one who got our order(Bianca), and all the staff are friendly. We got Baked bangus, Beef ribs, Tuna Belly, and Liempo. All tastes delicious. Bibingkinitan is very good, its still moist even when you reheat it on the microwave. Don't forget to get WOWTAHO! Tastes exactly like philippines. The Best Taho in SOCAL.”
“Service was fast, we went there during rush hour and still got our drinks within 10 mins. It was a big order too. I like the self order kiosk too, makes thing fast. In terms of the drinks, they're good. Not too much ice or sweetness, just the right amount.”
“Well the service is good, atmosphere is normal. This might just be my personal opinion. I felt that the frozen yogurt was a little watered down, but the toppings were on point. This places makes a good place for a quick snack ar an affordable price.”
“I have been to the Indian store which has the bakery inside. Never bought anything. They make eggless cakes. I don't eat cake. Others please enjoy. I heard it's really good.”
“Julio’s Pizza is always a go-to restaurant whenever we crave some good thin crust Indian style pizza. The place has a sport bar vibes, also servers off the bar mocktails and draft beer. You will always see some or the other small group event at the restaurant. They have many off the menu items to try outHacks for ordering- switch normal pizza sauce with Indian masala sauce ?️ or habanero sauce ?️ ?️ choose based on your spicy level- do not add fried garlic or garlic as a topping but have it on side, top it off on pizza when at the table- Habanero sauce can also be ordered on side- Do not miss out on the cheese french loaf with jalapeño. Add the roasted garlic later on.- Reserve a table through google maps it will be easier to secure a table, the place could be busier on weekdays as well as weekendsDisclaimer: Jalapeños here are not pickled or sour (like dominos or Pizza Hut) they’re spicy.Vegetarian options: There are lots of vegetarian options for starters and main course pizzas & Pastas.”
“I'm always nervous to try new Thai food due to my severe seafood and shellfish allergy. However, my first experience here, the staff was very accommodating and walked me through the menu to find something that worked for me. They really went the extra mile and the food hit the spot! Thanks so much! I ordered the chicken pad see ew :)”
“Best menudo as well as food in town. Love going here every weekend. There is a family feel as well as a sense of warmth and compassion with the service and food.”
“A little shop for good noodle soup and other Chinese food. Not too pricey, speedy service. Don't come here if you can't appreciate Chinese "efficiency".”
“I've been on the hunt for sapin-sapin which is a Filipino sticky rice/mochi dessert. The one with 3 colors: purple, white, and gold. It isn't here all the time but I thought to check again. No luck again, only a tiny sliver in an assorted tray with other Filipino desserts. It's a small bakery, literally like the size of a living room. What is really good here is their turon! Deep fried banana wrapped in egg roll wrapper, drenched in caramelized brown sugar. Who thought of this?! This is the best dessert creation of all time. The perfect crunch, perfect sweetness, perfect size. I wanted to buy more but was only limited to 10 pieces for walk ins only. Okay, I'm getting the point. So if you want more than 10 pieces, you gotta call ahead and place your order in. I also tried their ube hopia. I liked it! Plenty of parking, staff is there for business, tap to pay, I'm pretty sure they accept cash too. But, I'll be back for sure for the turon!”
“Pretty affordable place for some sushi rolls, I truly loved these large rolls I can't remember if it was called gorilla rolls or king Kong rolls something in that nature. But nonetheless it was one of my ”
“The best Pho you can get. Service is amazing and the variety of food to choose from is great. My kids and wife love the Pho here. Starting to become a family tradition coming to this restaurant. I highly recommend this place to everyone of all ages. The Tai Tea is also our favorite drink.”
“I absolutely love helping small family businesses, but this time I'll tell ya, they are the ones that helped me. I swear to the almighty that this New Yorker is off the chain. I literally ate too much today. I have no self control when I'm here. I feel like an addict, but I suppose this is a good thing to be addicted to in comparison to most other addictions.Parking: For all us anxiety ridden folks, you do not need to even look up the parking. It's that easy.”
“I've been here several times and prefer coming with 4 or more people as we share wings and other dishes.. Last time e had sweet chili, mango habanero and lemon pepper wings and they were delicious. Perfectly seasoned and crispy. Staff is also attentive enough.Parking: Located in a strip mall with popular restaurants so parking can sometimes be challenging”
“It's Korean restaurant, specializing Korean style sausage. I had never had it when I was little living in Korea. I was introduced by my wife and am enjoying it very much. Restaurant also has other items.”
“I came today with my friends to have a good time and we really enjoyed this place, the sandwich was perfect and the atmosphere is incredible, we will be back soon ?”

No Toro Cafe
“Had a tasty experience at No Toro Cafe this morning! Brought my family to enjoy some great food! We had the Banana Nutella pancakes, Chocolate Chip and Banana French toast, the Sniper Scramble, and more! We definitely will be coming back for breakfast! We were seated quickly, and the service was top tier! Very welcoming and gave us a family feel! I definitely recommend this place!Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly!”
“Went there just to try pani puri but ended up ordering their chicken momo too. Their pani puri was the best I have tasted so far and their chicken momo and chilli sauce was bomb. Best service is a plus.”
“A friend from Bakersfield recently took over the restaurant as a co-owner and is changing the name to the Curry Lounge. I drove down from Bakersfield for my first visit along with wife and two young adult sons, and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I may be no connoisseur of Indian food, but I can honestly say that it was the best Indian meal I have ever eaten, and I’ve eaten at several Indian restaurants over the years. Everything we had was addictingly tasty! We also celebrated my younger son’s 20th birthday with a cake that we bought at a nearby bakery. After singing happy birthday, some guys at another table joined in celebration by chanting “Drink a beer, drink a beer … one more year!””
“Woo hoo! Now THIS place is truly and utterly "ah-mazing". The India Restaurant is not only drop dead gorgeous, but the service is 5-Star all the way! The India truly comprises the best of everything, the food, the decor and the top-notch service. Now I have to say I am not an Indian food expert, but everything and I mean everything I tasted, was delicious. The staff seemed to anticipate our every need. Indeed, my 5 year old granddaughter said she was thirsty even before we sat down and one of the staff must have heard her and immediately brought her her own cup (with lid and straw!) of water without even being asked! Impressive. The Nan bread was exceptional and all the different dishes we had, from butter chicken to chicken Tiki Masala and several others, were perfection itself. I wish I would have gotten the names of the staff so I could commend them individually, but it was a busy family table, so...suffice it to say they were ALL marvelous, professional but kind. I am sooo going back! Butter chicken here I come! ☆☆☆☆☆+Vegetarian options: Not a vegetarian, however I sampled several vegetarian dishes my daughter in law had ordered and they were DELICIOUS! I may just have to go a little vegetarian next time! Lol!Kid-friendliness: The staff treated my 5 year old granddaughter and 19 month grandson with kindness and respect, indeed they anticipated their needs immediately and brought both of them their own water cups with lid and straw, without being asked!”

“Every single dish we order here is good. Some filipino restaurants have very few ingredients but this spot, the value and portions, are worth it ??The ice machine or water machine they use may need filter changed or serviced though.”

“The restaurant at first glance was nice. The service was super slow. Once they seated us they handed us menus but no explanations and dashed off. We couldn't figure out who our actual server was because we had different people approach our table. When we finally got our food order the portions were small disappointing - none of them came with rice! We had to order rice a la cart! Another eating delay..... I can say the food was good and presented nicely, but the process don't match the experience.”
“A great kbbq place! Came yesterday with my friends for a bday dinner, and we had a great time! The staff was super attentive always changing our grills and bringing more water and asking us how we were doing. People complain about the gratuity fee but with how much they checked in on us and the speed at which they brought our food, I would say it is understandable especially with large parties. Looking forward to coming back!”
“Walked in one day and place was empty haha. Looked like it used to be a really popular place to eat but maybe not anymore? Lobster rolls and fries were fire but absolutely shocked that I paid $65 for 2 rolls and fries. Girl at the register was cool and the food came out pretty quickly after ordering.”
“This place is like other Tasteas, they make very good drinks, they are worth the cost. Unlike one Tastea I have been to, this place has been consistently good, they drinks haven't been contaminated with flavors from other drinks. Service is good here.”
“5 stars .. 5 stars!!! our bakers of choice for the last 20+ years ... BEST CAKES EVER ... they did my parent's 50th wedding anniversary cakes, nieces quinceanera cakes, family wedding cakes and basically every family member's birthday cakes, baptism, first communion, etc.”
“I'm giving 5 stars for their egg rolls (Lumpia Shanghai). Their pork egg rolls are the crispiest I've gotten. They taste really good even hours after you order them. I will only order my lumpia trays from here. They also have good Filipino bread and baked goods.”
“We just had time for a quick stop for coffee and tea in between some retail therapy; so we chose Lollicup at Cerritos Mall. It was a great choice as they had an ice blended coffee option that was very cool and refreshing, and we also ordered the Strawberry Sunrise tea with boba; which looked like a meal all on its own. They made our order pretty fast for a Saturday amongst a pretty busy time. I wish they would offer different sizes as I wasn't that thirsty, and the only size they have is 24 ounces. I couldn't finish the whole thing, but it was very good.”
“Taiyaki with Taro is a must try if you love dessert. The lemon grass pork but could use a little more lemongrass in the flavor. We also order the pho combination and 2 beef ribs on the side”
“I’ll definitely be dreaming about their strawberry matcha latte ! Seriously so good. Seating was great, and services was quick. So sad I’m not a local or eles I’d be going here daily.”
“They have the Economic meal. You can choose 3 dishes for around 30 something. Chicken with sesame oil and bean sauce. Beef with Chinese Broccoli. Bean curd with pork.”
