The pronunciation sounds like Tsa Chang lian mein, and while my mandarin is terrible the food was thankfully not. “One of the few Taiwanese styled Chinese breakfast in town. The green onion cakes 蟹壳黄）is pretty good when it’s warm. We’ve coming up this pace for years and the quality has always been about the same; though the prices have gone up a lot over the last year or so.
