Holy cow. This place has the most amazing food. We ordered the soup dumplings and ended up getting a second order because they were so delicious. My kids couldn’t get enough of the short rib Dan noodle. It was all so fresh, well prepared, and the service was top notch. Every person who helped us was incredibly friendly and kind. We already plan on coming back tomorrow!
We were not optimistic at this relatively new Chinese restaurant Most Chinese restaurants don't serve good Chinese food The surprise were the impressive Dim Sum offerings, which they call on the menu dumplings What a joy to have handmade quality Dim Sun for dinner the immediate test of quality food is whether or not the green beans are crisp and flavorful. They were indeed. Like other reviews, the service friendly, with an airy comfortable ambiance.

Americanized Chinese food. It’s honestly pretty good but of course rather expensive for the type of food you’re getting. I also don’t understand why they open up at 11 when they serve dim sum…dim sum is a breakfast food and should be served around breakfast time. So I wish they opened up earlier since this is the only decent soup dumpling place in Long Beach. Overall good place to eat. I take all my friends here
