“I waited five years to try this place once I had heard that Wong Fu opened it, and the wait was worth it. The Taiwanese spicy chicken sandwich blew my mind and my spirit, and the quality of the tapioca was amazing. I don’t even live here, but I will be coming back soon.“
“The food overall was delicious! We ordered the beef roll wrapped in scallion pancake, daikon cakes, juicy pork dumplings, and beef sandwich. The bread for the sandwich was a bit dry. Definitely recommend the pancake instead. The beef and the scallion pancake had great flavor. The daikon cake was tasty as well. Slightly oily but expected bc it is fried. The soup dumplings were good. Be careful when removing from the paper bc it was delicate and can tear/lose the soup.“
“Absolutely love love love this place! Panda Express style with the cafeteria like displayed food - you make your selections and then sit yourself- only this place has a wait staff and unlimited rice or congee ( rice porridge) for the carb. Walking in you are greeted warmly- they ask if you want rice or congee - i always pick rice and the hubs gets congee, after which you simply choose from the beautiful variety of Taiwanese and Chinese dishes. Our choices were always the 3 cup chicken, sausage, the chinese broccoli, green beans, minced pork, pork belly, fried mackarel, bamboo shoots, bean curd and the eggplant. All of the dishes were so sooo flavorful! Truly one of our favorite spots! Everytime we come, we are too excited to eat that I constantly forget to take photos!!“
“New local restaurant just opened 6 months. Give it a try. We ordered a Roti Canai with curry beef brisket. Indian curry base and paprika is added to enhance flavor. Roti Canai fresh made that is tasty but a bit oily. Taste of Hometown fried rice noodles is light which I like. They're not big portions. We added a Kaya Toast with butter. When this order arrived, the waiter recommended Taro French Toast that they smashed the taro and mix with condensed milk then spread on toasted bread. I will try next time. The price of breakfast menu is reasonable.? Support small local restaurant.“
“Was surprised I hadn't come across this restaurant in my time in the SGV. They're prob one of the most economical places to dine right now in terms of their prices and portions. I like that you can choose between rice or noodle soup when it comes tot heir entrees. I like them because they give a big portion of food but also veggies and they're not overly salty like most restaurants are these days. They also have a wide selection of drinks to choose from so overall it's a great spot to add to your rotation. The owners seem like really nice and honest people and was very accommodating to us as guests. They also have plenty of parking outside and seating inside!!“
“A perfect place to hang out and even study. (It's not a quiet place.) There is plenty of seating with lots of tables and even a corner counter. On a Thursday night, there were many people studying and talking/meeting. The menu has milk, milk teas, fruit flavored teas, and lots of food options. All yummy! The girl who took our order was super helpful with her suggestions about flavors and options. Totally appreciated her.“
“I phone ordered to go for late lunch today on Friday, April/12/24. Order taker immediately thinks I can speak fluent Mandarin which I do. I ordered the Taiwanese sausage rice to go. I was going for Stinky Tofu, but they told me they currently don't offer that dish on the menu. I'm giving this place a 4.5 star review due to no stinky tofu....I'm not supposed to eat that junk but been craving that dish for awhile now.... Hope they bring back the stinky tofu! I'll update in the future when they will bring back the Taiwanese Stinky Tofu.“
“By far one of the most authentic Taiwanese restaurants I've been to. I say this because they've nailed down classic dishes you'd find in Taiwan. The oyster pancake was spot on along with the sauce. Service is pretty fast. Definitely come here for delicious Taiwanese comfort food!“
“"QQ's tea tastes so good." It's true that all the long names from Taiwan are imported, but fortunately they are all written normally in English??—⚠️You can’t taste it on site at this restaurant. Make no mistake.Ah, I suggest that it would be better to number the menu??️?Mi Ke Xia is coming soon “
