I have had orange chicken, orange peel chicken, and other types of orange chicken at other restaurants but Hong Kong Express' orange chicken beats them everytime. The sauce is just sweet enough and tangy to have that perfect equilibrium of flavors, and the chicken is fried to perfection. The best orange chicken anywhere!“
