Supply and Demand is a simple concept and Jollibees isn't a small business. How does Jollibees manage to never have spicy chicken? They really need more staff for this location, there is no excuse for poor service and being out of items. Last time I visited, they had a sign saying they were short staffed. I should have just walked out and ate somewhere else. They had one very slow cashier to handle all the customers, and for the food, they were out of spicy chicken.I asked when the spicy chicken would be ready, they said until further notice.
