Supply and Demand is a simple concept and Jollibees isn't a small business. How does Jollibees manage to never have spicy chicken? It'll be mid-day 12pm at any Jollibees and they'll be out of spicy chicken.When Jollibees isn't struggling to produce spicy Chicken, they're amazing. I recently had their Spaghetti and it's different but good. It's definitely not for everybody considering how sweet it is.Their Pineapple Quencher, Spicy Chicken, Adobo Rice, Gravy, Mango Pies, and Fries are all to die for. It's weird, I genuinely didn't get the hype the first second or even third time I tried Jollibees, but eventually it just clicked and it's now one of my go-to spots.

They really need more staff for this location, there is no excuse for poor service and being out of items. Last time I visited, they had a sign saying they were short staffed. I should have just walked out and ate somewhere else. They had one very slow cashier to handle all the customers, and for the food, they were out of spicy chicken.I asked when the spicy chicken would be ready, they said until further notice. It's understandable to short staffed during the pandemic but this is a busy location and there is no exuse for not having enough staff or food. Also the food buzzer system was not working, so they just called out your name. They seemed to be backup up on orders, and several people were waiting a LONG time to get their food. My order took around 25 minutes, and the average fast food time in the area would be 5- 10 minutes.Update, they brought back spicy chicken so all is right again. Must have went on bad day, glad they improving.

Jollibee has always been a favorite of mine from years back in Carson. I have been wanting to try this closer location. They open at 8:00am and I arrived just after 10:00am. My party of 3 placed their order and it seemed that at that hour, they were already out of chicken patties for the chicken sandwiches. We ordered fried chicken combos. Unfortunately, while we waited, the clerk came over a bit later to tell us they were out of fried chicken and it would be another 15Minutes for original chicken, unless we changed our order to spicy chicken. It seems that with an active drive-thru, and lobby, you would maintain certain amounts of your small menu ready to go. Their primary product is fried chicken. Anyway, I was willing to wait and was rewarded withHot, fresh food, and it tasted just as good as I remembered from going to the Carson location, so I was pleased.We did round out the experience with the peach mango pies, which were provided free due to the excessive wait time, so that helped. The store really needs to be ready to address customers by having enough product ready.
