“You know you’re going to have a good time when you see the infamous bee mascot and smell the fried chicken aroma as you get close to Jollibee. It has been a true staple every time I have visited Filipino friends, gone to a Filipino party, or just wanted some good fried chicken.

The service every time I have visited here has been consistent. They’re friendly and get the orders right every time. Good job to the team and management at this location!

The food here I have noticed has been a bit inconsistent compared to other locations. The fried chicken is sometimes too salty. Overall, not a huge deal but it is something I have noticed.

If you’ve never tried Jollibee before, do yourself a favor and go! Make sure to get the spicy fried chicken (if you’re a fan of spice or even if you’re not since it’s not really spicy at all) and the mango pie. Thank me later!“

“Sonia, Nora, Anna, and especially Claudia, the manager, gave me such an amazing welcome when I got here. The kitchen staff even greeted me when I walked in, which was a nice surprise. The food here is always fresh and tasty, and I have to give a shout-out to their awesome Taco Tuesday special. Oh, and the chips and guacamole are out of this world. Seriously, don't even hesitate, just come on in and have a wonderful time with some delicious food!“

“Their food is divine! Their Dave's sauce is so delicious!! The seasoning on their fries, chefs kiss! The combination of the flavors are pure ecstasy in the mouth. I love that the original/no spice still has a lot of flavor.

This location is a bit small compared to other locations. The workers seemed to be a bit overwhelmed by the many orders coming in.

But I would 1000% recommend this place. Actually I should thank their Fallout promotion. I tried it for the first time in my life because I wanted a stimpak and I immediately fell in love.

“This chicken is delicious! I lived in Long Beach for over 12 years and on the day I was moving out of Long Beach we went and got some. I wish I had found this place sooner!!! I would have been there every weekend! My family tried it and they loved it as well! I hadn't been there in years, and this weekend, we picked some up since we were heading to San pedro.

“The food is pretty good, with a huge variety and different ways to dine in with chicken. I especially love their sauces, its to die for. I loved the service as well, I had a worker named Rory who brightened my day with small talk. Not only that they were able to get my order up fast and easy with no complications and even after giving me my food, a big 'ol thank you and have a nice day from Rory made me feel comfortable in the space. Jamal was so welcoming, asked if we wanted recommendations and we did .. we ordered what he recommended and it was amazing! everything was filling. we ordered the crimson (medium) & joey eat fries (mild) . i don’t do spicy, so medium was a bit much for me, so i would advise mild if you’re like me. I had a few items including their waffle, chicken sandwiches, and tteokbokki. The way they fry their chicken is so good. The skin is super crispy yet the chicken inside is still juicy. Also, this might be one of the best chicken and waffles I've ever had. The waffles are crispy on the center and soo fluffy on the inside. They also give you whip cream and butter with it. It was delicious. If this was a breakfast spot, I would go back to order the waffles every day. I also like how much toppings are in their tteokbokki. The flavor was really good and wasn't too overly spicy which I enjoy. The chicken sandwich was a little hard to eat because it is HUGE but nonetheless, it was great. The chicken wasn't dry even though they were tenders. Overall, I really liked my meal there and found it really delicious.“

“This is probably the crispiest fried chicken I’ve had — super crunchy on the outside and incredibly tender inside.

It’s coated with a full layer of red chili powder, giving it a sweet and spicy kick. If you’re not great with spice, I’d recommend going with the mild level.“

“I would give this place 4.5 stars just for the chicken alone. It is extremely crispy and juicy, and it's not oily at all (like many fried chicken joints)

I would say the service isn't phenomenal. I think it must depend on the person who is working. I came in yesterday (Friday) and a lady with short hair was slightly careless, but nothing too horrible. I would still come back for the fried chicken.

The reason for the 4 stars on food is because of the western carbonara. I am convinced they must've forgot the salt or any other seasonings, but they definitely did not forget the cheese or cream, because it was creamy -- maybe too creamy. It would be way better if they added salt and pepper because that was the blandest pasta I've ever had. I had to add my own seasonings.

But nonetheless the fried chicken is really yummy. I would recommend the chicken with secret sauce (which tastes like orange chicken)“

We ordered the chicken skins, hush puppies and the #1 with light meat (breast and a wing with potato wedges and a roll). The hush puppies were so flavorful, no need for a dipping sauce. The chicken skins were huge and also very flavorful. I finally got to my chicken because it was so hot, I'm not sure because I had the other stuff, but the chicken wasn't as flavorful as the other stuff I had. The potato wedges were good, very hot as well. We will be back! Good value for what you get!“

The guy manning the business in the mourning was personable and had great customer service skills. The burger had a lot of flavor great ratios of meat, cheese, onions, and bread wasn’t too bready. The fries are solid lightly seasoned. I personally like a little more but you can always add more but can’t take it off so I get it. I’m going to come back and try the chicken, can’t wait. Props to the owner . wish much success for all entrepreneurs who take pride in their craft. 💪✌️“
