“After having this place on my list for years, i finally went to check it out. Came here for lunch and it was pretty packed and it wasn't even peak hours. I didn't realize it was also across the street from a school that I went to years ago.

The chicken katsu curry was HUGE - the 2 sauces that came with it were really good. The bulgogi fries were delicious as well!“

“This chicken is delicious! I lived in Long Beach for over 12 years and on the day I was moving out of Long Beach we went and got some. I wish I had found this place sooner!!! I would have been there every weekend! My family tried it and they loved it as well! I hadn't been there in years, and this weekend, we picked some up since we were heading to San pedro.

“The food is pretty good, with a huge variety and different ways to dine in with chicken. I especially love their sauces, its to die for. I loved the service as well, I had a worker named Rory who brightened my day with small talk. Not only that they were able to get my order up fast and easy with no complications and even after giving me my food, a big 'ol thank you and have a nice day from Rory made me feel comfortable in the space. Jamal was so welcoming, asked if we wanted recommendations and we did .. we ordered what he recommended and it was amazing! everything was filling. we ordered the crimson (medium) & joey eat fries (mild) . i don’t do spicy, so medium was a bit much for me, so i would advise mild if you’re like me. The dressings and pickles helped me! also overall A+ definitely coming back!“

“This is probably the crispiest fried chicken I’ve had — super crunchy on the outside and incredibly tender inside.

It’s coated with a full layer of red chili powder, giving it a sweet and spicy kick. If you’re not great with spice, I’d recommend going with the mild level.“

“I would give this place 4.5 stars just for the chicken alone. It is extremely crispy and juicy, and it's not oily at all (like many fried chicken joints)

I would say the service isn't phenomenal. I think it must depend on the person who is working. I came in yesterday (Friday) and a lady with short hair was slightly careless, but nothing too horrible. I would still come back for the fried chicken.

The reason for the 4 stars on food is because of the western carbonara. I am convinced they must've forgot the salt or any other seasonings, but they definitely did not forget the cheese or cream, because it was creamy -- maybe too creamy. It would be way better if they added salt and pepper because that was the blandest pasta I've ever had. I had to add my own seasonings.

But nonetheless the fried chicken is really yummy. I would recommend the chicken with secret sauce (which tastes like orange chicken)“

The service every time I have visited here has been consistent. They’re friendly and get the orders right every time. Good job to the team and management at this location!

The food here I have noticed has been a bit inconsistent compared to other locations. The fried chicken is sometimes too salty. Overall, not a huge deal but it is something I have noticed.

If you’ve never tried Jollibee before, do yourself a favor and go! Make sure to get the spicy fried chicken (if you’re a fan of spice or even if you’re not since it’s not really spicy at all) and the mango pie. Thank me later!“

My husband wished that there would've been an onion and pickle option for his sandwich, but the hot sauce helped. The place was very clean and well stocked... including the bathroom🎉. We ordered the chicken skins, hush puppies and the #1 with light meat (breast and a wing with potato wedges and a roll). The hush puppies were so flavorful, no need for a dipping sauce. The chicken skins were huge and also very flavorful. Never had an issue with my order and the people who give me my order when I pick it up are nice. Never have had an issue with the chicken. The fries are actually really good. I’ve ordered the boneless and the bone in wings and they’re always excellent.“
