“I would give this place 4.5 stars just for the chicken alone. It is extremely crispy and juicy, and it's not oily at all (like many fried chicken joints)

I would say the service isn't phenomenal. I think it must depend on the person who is working. I came in yesterday (Friday) and a lady with short hair was slightly careless, but nothing too horrible. I would still come back for the fried chicken.

The reason for the 4 stars on food is because of the western carbonara. I am convinced they must've forgot the salt or any other seasonings, but they definitely did not forget the cheese or cream, because it was creamy -- maybe too creamy. It would be way better if they added salt and pepper because that was the blandest pasta I've ever had. I had to add my own seasonings.

But nonetheless the fried chicken is really yummy. I would recommend the chicken with secret sauce (which tastes like orange chicken)“

“This was our first time here. We got take out. The food was so good. The chicken has the perfect crunch. You can tell it's made when ordered and not just sitting there. We got the honey garlic wings and for the sides, fries and the cheesling cheese balls. The cheese balls are delicious, never had something like that before, sweet and cheesy. “We were recommended to this place by some friends, so we decided to give it a try. We walked in and were immediately greeted, asked if we knew what we wanted. We said we needed a coyote of minutes, but the gentleman said no problem, but answered some questions we had. We ordered the chicken skins, hush puppies and the #1 with light meat (breast and a wing with potato wedges and a roll). The hush puppies were so flavorful, no need for a dipping sauce. The chicken skins were huge and also very flavorful. I finally got to my chicken because it was so hot, I'm not sure because I had the other stuff, but the chicken wasn't as flavorful as the other stuff I had. The potato wedges were good, very hot as well. We will be back! Good value for what you get!“

“I ordered the chicken leg meat with dipping sauces and broth. Honestly, the chicken was great on its own. I didn't care for any of the sauces. The rice was a bit salty but still good.

The setup felt a little odd. There was a loud speaker on loop reminding Uber and DoorDash drivers to pick up orders in the back. It was super annoying. I really think they would benefit from having a host instead of relying on that speaker.

That said, the place itself was cool, and I liked that you can order from several different shops all through the same kiosk.“

“This is the first place I have found in Orange County that makes a hot chicken that is legitimately too hot to handle. And I say that as I sweat through the next 3 tenders. It's fantastic but I'll actually order something a little milder next time. Get Clucked means business.“

“The girlfriend and I just moved here and checked this place out as it was close to home and had great reviews.

I had the smash burger and she had the chicken sandwich; both were delicious and the fact that they offer sweet potato fries is a plus. Extra points for the ranch, which was some of the best I’ve had and I never have ranch with anything.

Bartender didn’t have what I wanted but suggested an alternative and we both liked it.
