“I’ve been coming to this El Pollo loco for a while now since switching office locations. The staff is always on point and respectful. The restaurant is always clean. They keep their music at a decent level and often on a Spanish music channel to keep the Latin theme. The girl with short hair and tattoos (I think she’s the manager) is always on top of things and treats her employees great also…. Probably one of the reasons the place is ran well.“

“I tried to order online for special Tue deal but it didn't work, the deal showed up in kfc.com but when I select this store to pick up, the item doesn't show up in the menu. I ended up going to the store to order it. This would be the third time a a roll, I complained to the clerk and on this venue hopefully it will be fixed next time. I don't mind go to the store but purchase at the counter does not give me points to my KFC account. The service at the store is fine but I put one star is for the online service, which is nill (should be no star).“

“The burgers were amazing- so tender and juicy for a default medium/medium well burger! The fried chicken sandwich was also so juicy and yet crispy, in fact I think my friend and I both preferred that, please don’t tell the owners! Just kidding..but it was great. Very light batter, but just enough crunch. The mochi waffle was yummy, and the combo of hot waffle and cold ice cream was uber-comforting. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple but extremely well thought-out meal.“

It had a weird taste from a seasoning that we're not familiar with. We tried adding sauces and salt, but we couldn't eat much of it. Unless your familiar with it, know it tastes different from the regular fried chicken from other places.“

“The chicken here was hot, juicy, and so crunchy. Plenty of flavors to choose from ranging from sweet and tangy to hot and spicy, to burning hot. The drinks and sides were great. But above all the customer service was great. They had K-pop playing non stop and even took requests on some songs so we could enjoy our time even more. I would highly recommend this place to anyone thats serious about their chicken.“

“Service was fast, surroundings are fine although the parking lot is a bit cramped and don’t give off the best vibes.

With that said, the fire-grilled combo for $6.99 with chicken burrito, chips, and drink is nearly unbeatable. The burrito has pinto beans and cheese and was perfectly cooked. Chips were thick and crisp. Soda machine injected the perfect amount of sugar.

As a point of reference, McDonalds’s Big Mac combo is $12.39.“

I ordered the half chicken combo which included three side items. The chicken itself is super juicy and delicious. For my side items, I got a double side of potato salad and rice and they too were mouth watering. The person who waited on us was an extremely pleasant man who turned out to be the owner. He gave me a brief history on the restaurant which I found to be very interesting. Owning a successful food establishment requires a lot of work. Having to change up your menu items and re decorate the dining room every couple years sounds like a huge challenge. I will definitely be back in the future to try one of their Korean entrees. Did I mention that the other half of the menu is Korean food? Extremely diverse menu!!!!!!!“

“I’ve been here for breakfast but did you know they also have lunch options too?!!! I was excited to try them since I love all their breakfast stuff and I was definitely happy! Everything I had was 😋 yummy! They also had these canned popping boba drinks and that was a nice surprise, I got the Lychee one and would definitely buy it again.

“My meal was very good. I ordered Nashville Hot chicken sandwich, with side of Mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was very average, but satisfying. The sandwich was wonderful. Very crunchy, well seasoned, good sauce, pickles, fresh lettuce, delicious bun. The man who gave me my order was very kind and gave me a sample.
I definitely recommend to anyone who likes chicken sandwiches.“

“We were recommended to this place by some friends, so we decided to give it a try. We walked in and were immediately greeted, asked if we knew what we wanted. We said we needed a coyote of minutes, but the gentleman said no problem, but answered some questions we had. We ordered the chicken skins, hush puppies and the #1 with light meat (breast and a wing with potato wedges and a roll). The hush puppies were so flavorful, no need for a dipping sauce. The chicken skins were huge and also very flavorful. I finally got to my chicken because it was so hot, I'm not sure because I had the other stuff, but the chicken wasn't as flavorful as the other stuff I had. The potato wedges were good, very hot as well. We will be back! Good value for what you get!“

The place was very clean, and the size of the restaurant felt just right—not too big and not too small. Even though the location was busy with customers, the staff still managed everything well and the place did not feel neglected.

I ordered online for takeout, and my order was ready as soon as I arrived, which made the process very smooth and convenient. I didn’t have to stay long at all.

And of course, Chickenjoy is still the best fried chicken—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and always delicious.

“We were excited to try this as Singaporeans! This chicken rice has about 85% similarity to authentic Singaporean chicken rice. The chicken is super soft and flavorful, the rice is the right taste too. The sauces are different, however - thai sweet chilli, 90% similar dao you, and a salty ginger paste.

We were served by a friendly young man with great attitude. Overall, will be back for the chicken rice!“

I had the smash burger and she had the chicken sandwich; both were delicious and the fact that they offer sweet potato fries is a plus. Extra points for the ranch, which was some of the best I’ve had and I never have ranch with anything.
