I go a lot between the bay to LA . And I can safely surely say that so far ( after about 60-70 pho places) this is the best I’ve tried . Brisket not chewy . Steak sliced super thin , tendon not chewy. Portion is HUGE . Finally a place that gives an option for chicken in the spring rolls . It’s honestly the best pho place for me so far . Will come back”

“My sisters and I came to this restaurant, and they were playing the news. We didn't feel like being bummed by the news, so we asked if the restaurant minded if they could change the channel. The staff gave us the remote and let us change the channel ourselves! I really really appreciated that. We have come back many times since! Out of all the bánh cuốn places we've had in OC, theirs is closest to authentic Hanoi bánh cuốn. It's not perfect but it's close! Thank you again!”

“I ordered the legend coffee which is a strong coffee served with a side of condensed milk. It was delicious! I also highly recommend the waffles. They are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and not too sweet!
We spent a few hours in the cafe, reading our books while sipping coffee. The environment was conducive. The bathroom was also clean despite it being a Sunday with many customers. It seemed like their staff checks and cleans it regularly.
Do note that while they do not offer decaf coffee options, they have a selection of teas and herbal tea options.

Tip: Don't get crystal boba. I got this the first time and it was very dense and didn't taste good. Drinks are just right in sweetness. Get at least 75% here and don't go too low.
* Ube Matcha Latte 4.5/5 - This was tasty, though I wish the ube flavor came across more. It was very understated. I got Osmanthus Mochi Jelly addon and it was yummy, a cross between a grass jelly and mochi texture with a light sweetness.
* Mini Breadsticks 5/5 - These were like crispy banh mi. I like that they were protein-packed with pork floss and pate.
* Popcorn Chicken 5/5 - Crispy and delicious popcorn chicken. Their spicy level may be a bit high as I ordered mild, but it was more like a medium (maybe it was just the seasonings being concentrated at the top).
* Pink Guava Strawberry Tea 5/5 - Very refreshing and sweet drink, hint of guava and strawberry, not strong taste.
* Blended Oreo Brulee 5/5 - Creamy, eggy, sweet goodness. It was a real treat. Your mouth is like Oreo-land with bouncy egg custard.”

Fast forward to now, I had been here couple of time and since I’m on a banh mi craving, this is my 4th stopped this week. It’s not favorite place but I can taste the good old days through their food. Bread is okey, their meat is not quite I expected for bbq pork or grilled pork, just shredded meats with sauce over it. The place is still the same as I remembered, but still clean and full of ready to eat packed foods. Service is great with nice and friendly staff. They do have other foods too. Parking is okey, can be difficult in the weekend or holiday since it just a handful spaces for their small shopping center. They do have couple tables for dine in.”

“I had my wedding at Diamond Seafood 3 in July 2024, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The venue owner - uncle Bao, is an absolute professional and a huge help throughout the entire process. We had so many questions leading up to the big day, and he was always there, patiently answering everything and providing guidance. What really stood out was his genuine care in making our wedding affordable - he offered suggestions to minimize our budget wherever possible, rather than pushing us to spend more on additional services!
The venue itself was beautifully decorated - simple yet elegant, which perfectly suited the atmosphere we wanted to create. The food was amazing, served in large portions, and absolutely delicious! The staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure everything ran smoothly.
After the wedding, we received so many compliments from our guests about both the food and the venue itself. I’m so grateful to uncle Bao for making our special day so beautiful and memorable. “One of my daughter’s favorite spots! I’ve passed by many times, and she finally convinced me to check it out. It’s located outside the Bank of America plaza on Bolsa and Magnolia, with easy and plentiful parking.
The vibe is lively and welcoming, like a family cookout. They grill pork off the spit, and beef and chicken slow cooked to perfection, all served in warm, small corn tortillas. The organized sauce bar lets you customize, and the cooks grill onions to your liking.
Tacos are $2 each, an amazing deal for the quality! I’m usually not a taco person, but their beef taco was surprisingly flavorful and delicious. Definitely come back!”

I now work on the road and was passing by during lunch today, so I called in a take out order. When I got to the restaurant, I realized I had left my wallet in my other bag! I explained and told the boss that I couldn't pay, but he let me take the sandwich! I left my name and phone number, and called back later and he was able to take my info over the phone.

“Wow! Most authentic and personal sushi joint I’ve been to. All you can eat too! My son and I were in town for A Jiu Jitsu tournament and came here after competing and received the best service ever. Tu the sushi chef was great and converted with us the whole time and made my son a free dessert after serving us some of the best sushi we’ve ever had. Take it my son and I eat sushi at least 1-2x weekly. The Carpacio he recommended was insanely good and the salmon belly/tuna belly nigiri(fine cuts) as well as the mango tango salmon roll. This place really takes the bag, I won’t go anywhere else when in town. I don’t remember the waiters name because I didn’t ask but he was also amazing and made us feel very taken care of. Tip: Don't get crystal boba. I got this the first time and it was very dense and didn't taste good. Drinks are just right in sweetness. Get at least 75% here and don't go too low.
* Ube Matcha Latte 4.5/5 - This was tasty, though I wish the ube flavor came across more. It was very understated. I got Osmanthus Mochi Jelly addon and it was yummy, a cross between a grass jelly and mochi texture with a light sweetness.
* Mini Breadsticks 5/5 - These were like crispy banh mi. I like that they were protein-packed with pork floss and pate.
* Popcorn Chicken 5/5 - Crispy and delicious popcorn chicken. Their spicy level may be a bit high as I ordered mild, but it was more like a medium (maybe it was just the seasonings being concentrated at the top).
* Pink Guava Strawberry Tea 5/5 - Very refreshing and sweet drink, hint of guava and strawberry, not strong taste.
* Blended Oreo Brulee 5/5 - Creamy, eggy, sweet goodness. It was a real treat. Your mouth is like Oreo-land with bouncy egg custard.”

“Buenos dias, and xin chao? Well, kinda. We came to a taco truck that’s smack dab in the middle of Little Saigon! That’s right, nestled in Westminster in the back of Asian Garden Mall, you’ve got this unassuming truck that you should assume has HUGE flavor.
It’s as simple as simple gets, there’s tacos, burritos, fries, and everything else you could think of that comes with that! We ordered a few things to try, and boy, I gotta tell you, they didn’t disappoint.
First, the titular tacos that tantalized our tastebuds! I mean, you gotta expect good tacos coming from a TACO truck, right? The tortillas were awesome. The texture was slightly crispy, and very tender, and of course, the onions and cilantro were perfect. I got a carnitas, and I got a lengua! Be sure to sauce it up, too, because you gotta have that salsa. Be warned though, spice is coming!
We opted for a burrito too, this time with al pastor. Okay, it’s a massive burrito, I gotta say, so all you value-seekers, this might be the move. It’s loaded with protein, rice, and of course, all of your usual suspects. I think this is a great option for those of yall who don’t really like the corn tortilla game. It’s just a massive guy that’ll fill you right up (vine boom?!).
Lastly, we got some carne asada fries. These come loaded with all of the fixins. Cheese, guac, onions, cilantro, and of course you can drizzle that salsa on there if you want more of a kick! The fries themselves are perfect, crispy and fluffy, and they’re a great vessel for that carne asada! This is an indulgence, as all loaded fries are, so if you’re feeling brave, maybe you’ll make it through to the bottom of the box!
And to wash it all down? They’ve got agua fresca and horchata for days, as well as bottles and cans for you to peruse. We got a pina drink and some horchata! It was delicious though.
If you want a bunch of Mexican street food for just a few bucks, you can’t skip over Andy’s Taco Truck!”

The meat was very tender, and one of the drum sticks was about the size of a squash ball. The fries were separated from the chicken, and very nicely and crisply fried.
