“Absolutely a wonderful Vietnamese eatery with the most flavorful and fresh offerings. I'm happy that I stumbled upon this bakery. I've enjoyed everything I've had and plan to try more. The owner is the sweetest and kindest. Everything is made right there.“

“This little bakery is in the same plaza as ABC Supermarket, near the Bank of America location. I didn’t really notice it at first, but one day I walked in and realized it’s basically a mini heaven for Vietnamese desserts.
They’ve got a lot of bánh cốm, bánh xu xê, xôi gấc đậu xanh, bánh bông lan trứng muối… I’ve tried a few things already and yeah, I keep coming back. Everything tastes good and the prices are very reasonable, so it’s easy to just grab a few things without overthinking.
The lady who runs the place is older and super sweet. It really feels like a small local spot.
They also have a bunch of snacks and little things to pick from, not just desserts.
I usually grab bánh patê sô here to bring to work for breakfast with coffee pretty solid and convenient.
Parking has been easy for me, I’ve always been able to find a spot whenever I come.
It’s one of those spots I kinda randomly found but now just stop by whenever I’m in the area.“

“Ordered our wedding cake here and I have not tasted a tastier cake. We ordered a traditional 3-tier sponge cake with strawberry and it was fantastic! They even decorated the cake with the flowers we ordered from the florist and it looked magnificent!“

“This my second time here, and definitely easy going and great service for sure. Easy parking and small menu. The hole in the wall was cute and clean fills with baked goods upon walking in. So I heard that they’re known for the Pate Chaud and baguettes, and they do yummy. I ordered a pate chaud, a sandwich and a sweet treat. Pate Chaud has a great but small portion well mixed meat filling, the crusty pastry was mixed for me, top part was crusty and smell fantastic but as you voted into it, it become tough and abit chewy for me. The bánh mì, for me didn’t do much - just nothing special. The baguette was not hot nor crisp as you bite in it, it was just room temperature. The size is abit smaller then other place with decent price for it. The opera cake was abit disappointed for me, I love love this cake and it was just below average for me, abit sweeter then I would like, the bottom of the cake sticked to the paper and the cake itself was just fell like cake mixed from the box. Just nothing special. The displaced cakes look great so will come back to get them to give a taste another time.“

“Amazing food and drinks. I had their BBQ Char Siu sandwich and the “Almond Croissant”—both were incredible.
There are plenty of “popular” bakeries around, but this spot stands out for one reason: quality. Every pastry and sandwich feels thoughtfully made, and the flavor backs it up.
Hands down, some of the best pastries and sandwiches I’ve had in OC. This is my now go to spot for these categories.“

“I’ve been coming to Lily’s Bakery for years, usually to pick up birthday cakes or grab a quick coffee to go.
Weekends can get pretty busy, but weekdays are much easier. I really like their cakes , not too sweet, which is perfect for me and even for older folks.
This place has been around for a long time, probably close to 20 years. A lot of spots around Bolsa come and go, but this one is still here, which says a lot.
Overall, it’s just a simple, reliable spot that I keep coming back to.“

“Beautiful, delicious cupcakes & ice cream! My granddaughters & I love going to Smallcakes!“
“Stopped by for some bánh mì and coffee. Still a good place for it, parking still is a hassle since it share with 4 other stores and it’s small. Great & friendly services, quick and easy order plus reasonable turnaround time. They do have other VNese snacks to grabs. Love their bread since it’s abit chewy & crunchy outside but soft inside. The meats and the veggies are good ratio and you can taste in every bites. Coffee is fine, could be stronger, just my opinion. Prices are still in a reasonable price and the portion is good. The place is old but did got a facelift several yrs back but it has not been keeping up so it abit oldies and abit dark inside plus with all the foods and bananas everywhere, its can be clustered. Overall, with good bánh mì, good coffee and good service at a reasonable price, will definitely come back for more.“
“I’ve been getting coffee at both the Brookhurst and Moran Location for many years. Their coffee has a balanced sweetness and bitterness to it with a hint of chicory.
FYI: This place is mainly for on the go. Unless you plan on dining in somewhere nearby, there is no place to sit and enjoy the coffee and/or the pastries provided.
Overall, if you want to get some caffeine in your system for a quick jolt of energy and you’re in the Little Saigon area, I highly recommend getting your coffee at Gala.“

“Surprisingly this place is right in the area of a lot of autoshop repair their bakery's very yummy, the price is reasonable my kids very enjoyed. We'll go back tomorrow to get some more 😋😋 this is one of my favorite bakery store. 🤩🤩 Oh don't forget to check out the owner he is a cutie love his smile 🥰🥰“
“Gala I believe has the best cafe Sua da or Vietnamese iced coffee in Westminster. They have a great business focused on their coffee. I get their half gallon to go when I’m there and it costs $28, kudos to them for being able to charge this. It’s a reminder if you do something great, you are welcome to charge for it and people will come if you are consistent.“

“Highly recommend the banh cam duong!! I believe I met the owner of the bakery and he was so kind and helpful. I explained to him I wanted to buy them for my grandma and he suggested cutting them in six pieces. She absolutely loved it and will come back again when I’m in town!“
“Nice family run bakery. The owner is so nice and talented. She make the most beautiful cake. Our family ordered the Buche De Noel from her every year! It’s a tradition, my Mom insists on it lol.Her Buche De Noel is moist, not too sweet, have a nice balance cake to frosting ratios, a hint of coffee flavor, and delicious. Omg I can go on and on but I’m getting hungry just writing this. Her pricing is reasonable compared to other local bakery that doesn’t compare in quality or taste. She bend over backwards to make whatever you want to make you happy! We have ordered others cake from her for special occasions and not once she have failed us. We always always get compliments and get asked where we get our cake from. I really should start getting commissions from now on lol. But in all seriousness Truc the owner is the best!“
“The bakery is fresh and tasty. It's a friendly Asian store. Asian people know how to make bread lol.
The bakes/pastries are fluffy, just the right amount of sugar, and good to eat on the go or back at home. They had a good balance where you can actually taste the ingredients instead of just sugar.
Definitely a worthwhile place to check out if you're in the mood for something tasty, fresh, and well-balanced.“
“This Tous les Jours is tucked inside HMart a super convenient little stop when you need a quick pick me up coffee and something sweet. Came by the other day for a coffee and pastry run. The ube latte was so good and not overly sweet. Just smooth and flavorful. The pastries were dangerous tho. Lol. I will say tho when I was in Seoul last year they had this grapefruit tea that I’m still thinking about. I really wish they had it here because it was that good! Service here is fast there’s almost never a line and being inside the HMart food court makes it a convenient grab and go while you’re shopping.“

“I usually order cakes from this place for birthdays , either for my friends or my friends’ kids, and I’ve been pretty happy with them.
The cakes always look really beautiful. I like the colors and the way they decorate very eye catching and perfect for celebrations. Taste wise, it’s good too, not overly sweet, which I personally like, and guests usually enjoy it.
I’ve been ordering from them for years now, mostly for birthdays, bridal showers, and small celebrations. The price is a bit on the higher side compared to other bakeries nearby, but for the presentation and taste, I think it’s still worth it.
One thing I don’t love is that sometimes when I place a custom order, the final cake doesn’t come out exactly how I requested. It’s not bad, just not 100% what I had in mind.
Parking in this area can also be a bit of a hassle since it gets pretty busy, so just plan a little extra time when you come pick up your order.“
“I went for the BOGO opening weekend. The cashier was an older lady, she was nice. I got 50% sweetness for my drink and it was good for me; but for the typical person, full sweetness would probably taste better. The little chè jellies in the drink is an intriguing Vietnamese touch, I didn’t expect it.
By the way, the building doesn’t have an official sign outside yet so I was a little confused.“

“We come here often for their bánh mì, usually the #1 and #6, especially since they offer a buy 2, get 1 free deal. This location also has a wider variety of food options compared to others, which is a nice plus.
The prices are very reasonable (considering cheap in Southern California) and the food is consistently good, no surprise it’s quite well-known in the Little Saigon area.
It can get pretty busy during after-work hours, so the shop does feel a bit crowded at times. There’s no dine-in seating, so it’s takeout only.
Service-wise, when they’re busy, the staff may not be very expressive but honestly, we come here for the food, not the service, so it doesn’t really bother me.“
“It has been awhile since the last time I visited this place. The place is clean with okey parking lot - weekend can be abit hassle. Service is good and the food still tasty and at reasonable price. They well known for their sponge cake and the banh bao. But came early so it still baking them. Glad that stopped by and tasted good old food too.“

“It is a good place for a quick grab and go. Bánh Mi ís the item that made this my favorite place. It is a Vietnamese version of McDonald with much more option and a variety of quick food to go. There is a restaurant version if you are sitting down for lunch or dinner.
Vegetarian options: If you like and are looking for a good Vietnamese banh mi, this is the place“

“This place is beyond good and the price for a sandwich is borderline insane in today's world. The bread is incredible because it's fresh. This will be my absolute go to anytime I'm in the area. Heck I may drive the 45 minutes just to satisfy my urge....“

“On the Main Street and in the heart of Viennese town, Little Saigon. This location has everything like other sibling stores. Easy parking but can be hectic on weekends and holidays. Small store front, clean and good nice but everything is easy to grab. Fast and easy order and fast turnaround. Nice, friendly service. Foods are consistently like other stores and quite good.
Reasonable price too.“

“Saying I drove 2.5hrs on a Saturday morning just to have beef stew and bread for breakfast/lunch might throw some people off but honestly its more than worth the drive. I first came to this restaurant with my wife and every other time has been fantastic. The beef stew is absolutely packed with flavor and the meat is very tender. I appreciate the carrots and fresh jalapeños which add texture and some much needed heat to the meal. The baguette was very fresh, crunchy (I guess is the right word) on the outside and so soft in the center. It did a wonderful job of soaking every drop of the stew. I will absolutely be returning any chance I get, even if it means another 2.5hr roadtrip.“

“Their cha giò are so good, and it's the only reason we stopped by. The parking is always packed. I wish they have more parking spaces. My family always get their egg rolls. If you can't finish, instead of throwing them away, you can freeze those leftover, and just air fry later, and yes, they will just taste like new.“
