“Hello Cafe has been all over my social media so I decided to finally check it out on a Friday morning. I arrived and got in line at about 10am and left at 10:30 which I felt wasn’t bad given there was a line but it moved quickly and they are fairly quick too.

I got the cookie butter cinnamon roll and cookie butter latte, both amazing! The latte - I was worried it would be too sweet but it actually was perfect! I loved the flavor and how I asked for light ice and they delivered and filled it up to the top! I would try again, but I do want to come back for their matcha!
I was also worried that the cinnamon roll would be too heavy and sweet but no, it was perfect. So pillowy soft and overall amazing flavor!

“I was given 2 vouchers for £1 off and got ripped off as the prices say it's £3.30 for a flat white coffee And £3.30 for a cuppachino but I got charged £5.60 when it should have been £4.60 for both with the prices displayed digitally in the restaurant which is against the trade description act as it states. If the price is advertised as what is charged different they have to charge you the lower price that's advertised not the price they say even if it's charged prices since this happened in the County mall Crawley restaurant“

I ordered the B.L.A. omelet, filled with bacon, fresh tomatoes, and avocado, served with crispy hash browns, sourdough toast, and a hot cup of coffee. Everything was cooked well, tasted fresh, and made for a hearty breakfast.

My dining companion chose the sizzling breakfast plate with tater tots, scrambled eggs, smoked wood bacon, cheese, country gravy, and a couple of pancakes on the side. The presentation was impressive as it arrived still sizzling, and the generous portions made it an excellent choice for anyone with a big appetite.

One of the highlights of our visit was the service. Brenda was polite, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the meal. She made sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive, and her positive attitude added to the overall experience.

The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast with family or friends. Between the quality of the food, the generous portions, and the outstanding service, this was a breakfast well worth the visit.

“Came here for the 1st time and I’m so glad I did. Coffee is very good. I’m picky with breakfast burritos but the chorizo one was calling my name. I placed my order I waited a long minute because they were busy. The coffee is 10 out of 10 and the chorizo burrito was 10 out of 11. I was very surprised with the flavor of the chorizo. Needless to say I will definitely be coming back.“
