“I’ve been coming here for years and this is my favorite location out of most of the Irvine ones. I always come in the morning for my vanilla oat late. I can count on my drink being made perfectly if I see Josiah or Koleen and the new worker Roshane. This place is always very clean and the workers are super friendly. The salsa is a must to add onto before a bit. My new spot when I’m in the area 😍“

“This is my go-to spot on the way to work! The staff are always polite, friendly, and greet you with a smile. Great selection of drinks and cakes, and everything is consistently fresh and delicious. Definitely one of my favorite places to stop by for a quick treat or coffee.“

“Paderia Bakehouse is an absolute gem in Irvine! Every visit is a treat, but my absolute go-to order is their horchata latte paired with their famous egg tarts--they are incredibly flaky, creamy, and easily some of the best egg tarts you will ever have. We also tried the banana pudding, which was a little on the sweeter side, but still completely amazing with a wonderful texture. Everything here is high quality and delicious, making it well worth a five-star rating! Not much seating inside the actual place, but lots of outdoor seating in the plaza.“

“Inspired from Japanese castella cake. The cake is very soft and pillowy. I got the cheese flavor and it was really good. Not very sweet. Very Japanese taste. Price is also not bad. I paid $13.50.

April 24, 2026. They sold us overbaked cake. It was burnt and dry. I was so excited to have it again only to be disappointed when I took a bite.

Store apologised and offered us a free cake. I appreciate businesses that accept their mistakes. I came back to get the cake. The owner also offered me thru Instagram a free drink. Very nice gesture of them. I will be a regular customer.“

“I absolutely love bagel shack in Irvine. They are so nice and get my bagel right every single time they’re so fresh and delicious. I go at least twice a week and I am never unsatisfied with their service and the taste of their delicious bagels.“

“I ordered two cream pans and let me say it doesn't disappoint. So if you love creamy custard filling folded into buttery bread that is made with TLC, then Hamada-Ya Bakery is the place to go. Now let's say you eat one and save the other for the next day, I suggest refrigerating it. Then when you want to eat it take it out of the fridge and let it sit until it's room temperature. Your taste buds are going to be very happy you did. ?“

Mind you that these cookies have a different texture/crumb than your traditional cookie (these are not crispy/dry crumb cookies - they're closer to the texture of a brownie maybe?) , but the flavor and chew and proportion of each cookie really packs a satisfying bite of delicious-full-YUM!I've enjoyed all the different flavors and they are perfectly sweet and balanced. I especially love that there's variety of flavor with chocolate chips/candies to add texture/crunch. “I have visited JJ Bakery Irvine over a decade. I love their Traditional Taiwanese breads , pastries and sweets. Here are a few items that I would recommend (in pic order)

1. Egg Tart: I always purchase two egg tarts when I have the chance. But, it got sold out quickly.
2.Taro Pastry: Real taro paste, not too sweet. It is very delicious

3. Custard Bread: One of the traditional Taiwanese breads.
4. Scallion Bread: It is savory. Sometimes, I like savory breakfast.

5. Flan: Flan is located at the refrigerator near the entrance. It is dense instead of watery. I love it.

6. Almond Cookie:Perfect snack while I am watching Netflix.( It won’t last 20 minutes though)“

“This is a dessert shop located inside a Korean supermarket. The service is excellent, the staff at the front desk were very friendly. He is one of the few employees I’ve ever seen who’s so outstanding. There are seats nearby where you can relax.“

“They are beyond and exceedingly a top notch Bakery. They filled a large perder of assorted baked goods during one of the hardest times of our life. The love that went into every pastry was greatly appreciated. It was such a great way to thank the over 200 guests in attendance to my fathers final farewell. To us as a family, we were voting grateful for that special touch that Crema Artisan Bakery added in celebrating our patriarchal great white oak of the family. “Staff is normally friendly. Food is good. Drinks are good. ......Today was not a good day for them. The lady inside decided she needed to yell at someone and decided to yell at my wife. There is a 3 person minimum in the Store, which I understand. We both went inside and there were two people in there. They lady decided that the best customer service approach was to Yell rudely at my wife "THERE ARE ONLY 3 PEOPLE ALLOWED AT A TIME, YOU NEED TO GET OUT.". .....We both went out and we came back in and while checking out, I told the lady she was very rude to my wife. She decided again the best Customer Service approach was to argue and yell at me " THERE ARE ONLY 3 PEOPLE ALLOWED AT A TIME." This one BAD BOBA won't deter us from coming back, because we have always had good experiences there. She just needs to be called out on this. “Tous les Jours, is a Korean-style bakery and pastry shop, usually located in Asian markets like H Mart or a stand alone brick and mortar. Their pastries remind me of 85°C, but with a unique Korean twist!
The variety of pastries and bread is impressive, and I've been hooked on their items like the red bean pastry, danishes, and Korean-style breads. My only gripe is that the prices may be a tad steeper than some other bakeries, but the freshness and taste of their products make up for it.“

“We ordered the mochi: strawberry, vanilla, ube, mango, yuzu coconut, and green tea. The yuzu was exceptional; it tasted like Korean citron tea, and the coconut made it creamy, while still keeping a tang from the yuzu.
The injeolmi (soybean powder) bingsu was also good, and they gave us a lot of mochi!
The raspberry gelato had seeds in it, and the taste was a bit sharp, but the mango was creamy and tasted like fresh mango!“

Now adays everyone uses those toppers so I get why it’s not as important for them to have someone there who can write. Maybe teach everyone who works at the bakery how to write on the cakes anyway incase. Super friendly and great customer service.“

“The cookies were delicious!! I stopped here while shopping at the Irvine Spectrum. The decor inside was very cute and definitely an Instagram spot!! They have a variety of cookies and the prices are reasonable. Everyone working behind the counter was very friendly and offered suggestions, since there was a nice variety to choose from. I settled on a giant peanut butter cookie, a shortbread & also a snickerdoodle. I definitely recommend. You won't be disappointed!“
