“My new favorite cafe!! The sitting and ambiance is absolutely stunning, relaxing, and chill. Lots of natural light and open seating with really comfy couches and benches. The coffee is BOMB. Super delicious- I reccomend the Spanish Latte, its my favorite. The baristas and staff are super polite and patient, and are very kind as well. I loveeee Cassel Earth❤️❤️“

“I had the banana cream matcha and it was very good. I asked for light ice and they offer the option to either fill the space with more milk or cream, so I went the cream which is amazing and had a great flavor. The matcha itself has a nice earthy taste and was noticeable. The staff were very friendly and offered some recommendations. It only took a few minutes for me to receive my drink. Overall nice experience.“

We have been to seattle and portland and we're quite disappointed with the coffee in US so far, but this one just hit the bullseye, similar to some of the best speciality coffee shops in Europe! “Had a quick pho at Saiga during lunch and ended up sharing a table with a stranger, definitely a rushed experience as I had to move quickly for the next person’s turn. Personally, I don’t think I’ll be back, as the pho didn’t quite justify the price for me. That said, their business model is nice and efficient, catering well to the busy lunch crowd. A cool concept, but not my go-to for pho in OC.“

“Pretty cool place but it’s pretty noisy .. the offices are great but walls are made from tissue paper .. common area is spot on but you need to be early for a good spot .. ample free parking spaces .. bikes for short commutes to your favorite restaurants .. great place for studying or intensive reading with your headphones of course“

“If you still haven't tried the Mung bean tea, you are missing out. They have great coffee and easily better than anything in the immediate surroundings, but don't miss the Mung bean. The only downside here is the difficult parking situation. It makes it hard to go just for 7 Leaves, as there are other ones in Irvine.“

“I’ve been coming here for years and this is my favorite location out of most of the Irvine ones. I always come in the morning for my vanilla oat late. I can count on my drink being made perfectly if I see Josiah or Koleen and the new worker Roshane. This place is always very clean and the workers are super friendly. “Party of 2 went for lunch on a Monday in November. The cafe is spacious and has free WiFi, so quite a few people were working on their laptops from this place. You order at the counter and pay first, then they bring the food to you. They also have outdoor seating which was pretty pleasant. There's a pool table and some large screens with sports running on them. I had the kale caesar wrap with grilled chicken. The sandwiches come with a complimentary side for which I picked the side salad. The food was delicious and good quantity too. The restroom is clean, but a bit tucked into the building, so you have to ask the staff for directions. Total including tips and taxes came to just under 20 bucks.“

My first TP Tea experience happened at their Cupertino storefront and I remember how crazy and wild the line was for that grand opening. It’s crazy to think there’s over 5 locations for the Bay Area now. Woohoo!! Now, onto the drinks! I am a HUUUUGE fan of their wintermelon Tieguanyin tea. I know, it’s a simple drink that’s really hard to mess up, but for some reason, the way it’s brewed at TP Tea reigns supreme in my eyes. I also like the touch of Tieguanyin tea. Fun fact: I never knew or heard of Tieguanyin until coming across TP Tea! If you like a blend of aromatic tea notes with a hint of sweetness from wintermelon, I cannot recommend this drink enough. However, if you’re in the mood for a milk tea, I highly recommend the strawberry milk tea! It has a nice blend of milk and fragrant tea, with the acidity and sweetness of REAL strawberries. And if you really wanted to make any drink a winner, you’re going to want to add QQ noodles in your drink! I don’t know what makes it so good, but it’s definitely chewy and fun to have in your drink. I also find it a unique boba topping compared to the other boba shops in town. Got myself a wintermelon Tieguanyin tea and Sunshine ice tea for my BOGO drink! #TPTeaBayArea #TPTEA“

“Pollen + Pour Café is pretty good, especially for a hotel café! I had the chocolate milk and a cinnamon bun, and both were delicious. The barista was awesome--super cool and really on top of things. The only minor annoyance was having to sign a restaurant-style receipt instead of just paying directly with my card, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. Great spot, definitely worth a visit. Five stars!“

“Omg! Their breakfast burrito is amazing. Came to kaiser for a doc app and was looking for donuts. Well, I now found my new breakfast burrito place. First bite melted in my mouth. The eggs are fluffy and have a great flavor. The tortilla is soft. Im not one for cheese on my food. But the cheese they use is also soft and melts right into the burrito. The salsa is a must to add onto before a bit. My new spot when I’m in the area 😍“

This place that I have for long walked by and only now have dined at really is an exception in the area, as it offers nutritious food of better quality.
