“My new favorite cafe!! The sitting and ambiance is absolutely stunning, relaxing, and chill. Lots of natural light and open seating with really comfy couches and benches. The coffee is BOMB. Super delicious- I reccomend the Spanish Latte, its my favorite. The baristas and staff are super polite and patient, and are very kind as well. I loveeee Cassel Earth❤️❤️“

“I had the banana cream matcha and it was very good. I asked for light ice and they offer the option to either fill the space with more milk or cream, so I went the cream which is amazing and had a great flavor. The matcha itself has a nice earthy taste and was noticeable. The staff were very friendly and offered some recommendations. It only took a few minutes for me to receive my drink. Overall nice experience.“

“Had a quick pho at Saiga during lunch and ended up sharing a table with a stranger, definitely a rushed experience as I had to move quickly for the next person’s turn. Personally, I don’t think I’ll be back, as the pho didn’t quite justify the price for me. That said, their business model is nice and efficient, catering well to the busy lunch crowd. A cool concept, but not my go-to for pho in OC.“

Honestly best croissant I've had and I've tried a lot. They sell out quickly it seems, cause it was early around 930am and the butter croissant was sold out. But was able to grab the chocolate croissant. Really soft and chocolate is tasty. Overall worth it.
Got a vanilla latte and it was tasty and smooth. Overall a good place that has good flavor and taste worth it if in the area. Forgot to take pictures but you have to try it to believe it.“

“Regardless of how many new boba places will open up, TP Tea will always have a soft spot in my heart. My first TP Tea experience happened at their Cupertino storefront and I remember how crazy and wild the line was for that grand opening. It’s crazy to think there’s over 5 locations for the Bay Area now. Woohoo!! Now, onto the drinks! I am a HUUUUGE fan of their wintermelon Tieguanyin tea. I know, it’s a simple drink that’s really hard to mess up, but for some reason, the way it’s brewed at TP Tea reigns supreme in my eyes. I also like the touch of Tieguanyin tea. Fun fact: I never knew or heard of Tieguanyin until coming across TP Tea! If you like a blend of aromatic tea notes with a hint of sweetness from wintermelon, I cannot recommend this drink enough. However, if you’re in the mood for a milk tea, I highly recommend the strawberry milk tea! It has a nice blend of milk and fragrant tea, with the acidity and sweetness of REAL strawberries. And if you really wanted to make any drink a winner, you’re going to want to add QQ noodles in your drink! I don’t know what makes it so good, but it’s definitely chewy and fun to have in your drink. I also find it a unique boba topping compared to the other boba shops in town. Got myself a wintermelon Tieguanyin tea and Sunshine ice tea for my BOGO drink! #TPTeaBayArea #TPTEA“

Mayo and Eddie were both very kind and funny people.

I visited a few other times and saw someone named Jesse as well who also was fantastic to talk to.

Despite being in a hidden location, I believe this location has an extra edge in service comparatively to the other locations.“

“We had a darling ice cream and it was nice. My kid really wanted strawberry ice cream. I didn’t notice that they had a strawberry flavor until after I received our order. One of the staff members noticed that my son was hoping for strawberry(even though we didn’t talked in English!!) and kindly offered to add strawberry sauce on top.

My son was so happy and satisfied! I really appreciate how kind and thoughtful the staff were. There were two staff members working, and both of them were incredibly nice and helpful.“

“I thought the door was locked at first and almost walked away, but then realized you just have to push a little harder. The coffee was realy good, nothing pretentious about it, just a solid cup that hit the spot. I had a chai latte and it wasnt too sweet like some places make it, the balance was perfect. The person working was busy but still took the time to explain a few of thier beans to me, which I apreciated. Its got that lived in feel, like a place people actualy hang out and chat, not just rush through. Found myself lingering way longer than I planned, and that never happens to me. Ill definately be back next time im in the area.“

“Party of 2 went for lunch on a Monday in November. The cafe is spacious and has free WiFi, so quite a few people were working on their laptops from this place. You order at the counter and pay first, then they bring the food to you. They also have outdoor seating which was pretty pleasant. There's a pool table and some large screens with sports running on them. I had the kale caesar wrap with grilled chicken. The sandwiches come with a complimentary side for which I picked the side salad. The food was delicious and good quantity too. The restroom is clean, but a bit tucked into the building, so you have to ask the staff for directions. Total including tips and taxes came to just under 20 bucks.“

“Whenever I visit Orange County, I stop by at Annies Table to pickup Korean food back to Arizona. Wonderful Korean Food. I wish I have a place like this back home in Arizona. I have tried a handful dishes recommended by the owner chef, Annie, and they were all really good!!!

I walked in not expecting much but holy cow the coffee was incredible. The Vietnamese iced coffee had that perfect balance of sweet and strong and it didnt taste watered down like some places. I got the matcha latte on a whim and it was actually creamy and real tasting not artificial. The place was pretty busy but the line moved faster than I thought it would. I kicked myself for not trying their almond croissant because the person next to me had one and it looked amazing. The music was chill and not too loud which is rare for a coffee shop. Ill be back for sure hopefully that croissant is still there“

“I thought I live in a food desert, barren for vegans and healthy foodies (for this climate it is a shame.) This place that I have for long walked by and only now have dined at really is an exception in the area, as it offers nutritious food of better quality. Although all the menu is sweet, their food is not deserts but more in the category of oatmeals and puddings: with judicious selection excessive sugar I deem can be avoided.“

“Oh my God, the Matcha berry cookies are the most delicious cookies I’ve ever had in my life unfortunately they’re only available this August. I really hope that they keep it all year around because it is genuinely the best cookie I’ve ever had in my life. The cookie is perfectly moist on the inside while having like a nice crust on the outside. It has a perfect level of a Matcha flavor and the tart freeze dried berries inside complement the sweetness of the cookies and the gooey chocolate chips that they have in there are so good like the flavors are absolutely perfect and it just melts in your mouth. You don’t even need to warm up the cookie for it to be so delicious like it’s so moist and so genuinely good. I’ve been here before and I love their banana pudding. I’ve also tried their chocolate cookies and also so good but I just prefer the Matcha and the berry because it aligns with my pallet more. I definitely think that they should do more fruity or citrus flavors for example like a just a normal cookie base with white chocolate and berries like a strawberry shortcake flavor cookie I feel like would be so good. Also, every time that I’ve come into this place, that service has always been so good. The receptionist are so friendly and warm. They provide complementary water at the store and the decorations of the store is so inviting and so nice! Love this place!!“

I love how they recently came up with a smaller version of the apple fritter (they still have the original size, which is almost big as a volleyball!). I always ate the outside and threw away the doughy middle part of the apple fritter, so this smaller version is perfect! Not too much dough. Crispy and sweet all around!“

The breakfast here is amazing, I'm a frequent orderer of the kalua pork breakfast burrito, steak and eggs and the pancakes for a treat of a family breakfast. It's always been good, and the spam musubi and fried rice I sometimes get for later are great as well. Something about today was next-level, so that team working today on 7-25-26 is amazing. Every meat was more tender and flavorful than ever, and I was shocked to learn that this delicious food could somehow be elevated further. Truly delicious.“
