“We had a great dining experience at Urban Plates in Long Beach. Mariana explained the menu choices in a very unrushed manner, and we decided on the steak. I ordered the Chimichurri grass-fed steak with balsamic brussel sprouts and herb-roasted potatoes. All of it was delicious ( and healthy too!). The deserts were absolutely killer too. We will definitely eat here again next time we're in Long Beach.“

“Our server, Michelle T, was outstanding in every way. She remembered serving us in the past and was so welcoming and genuinely delighted to see us. She went out of her way to make sure that the cocktails we ordered were prepared perfectly by speaking directly to the bartender. When we asked about dinner specials we had in the past she found us those special menus and also reminded us that we could get a bottle of wine for half price on Wednesdays.. She checked with us frequently to make sure everything was perfect. She is truly an asset to the restaurant and we will always try to request her when we come back.“

“Omg! Their breakfast burrito is amazing. Came to kaiser for a doc app and was looking for donuts. Well, I now found my new breakfast burrito place. First bite melted in my mouth. The eggs are fluffy and have a great flavor. The tortilla is soft. Im not one for cheese on my food. But the cheese they use is also soft and melts right into the burrito. The salsa is a must to add onto before a bit. My new spot when I’m in the area 😍“

“Absolutely loved this place. The food was amazing, and every dish we tried was packed with flavor. I also really liked the atmosphere, it felt modern, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed.

The hidden speakeasy concept is such a fun and unique touch. It makes the experience feel much more memorable than just going out for dinner.

It also seems like it may be Asian-owned, and I’d love to see more businesses like this. Great food, creative ideas, and excellent execution. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!“

8/30/26 - update. Went back today and Jared was our waiter who was excellent. We had a great ribeye and Sea Bass. Had stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer.“

“Great quality food, typical of what you would expect from an american restaurant. Great selection of beer, basic cocktails. The menu is simple, yet covers everyones tastebuds. You will for sure find something you like. The non alcoholic drink selection is lacking (5 mocktails, refresher, and minute made lemonade)“

“I was born to eat pizza and this is by far the best I've eaten globally. From the aesthetic appearance, to the texture to the taste, it is dotted to the T.

I came at lunch hour and it was a bit of a wait, but no worries should be expected. More importantly, thanks to the cooks and one's making it all possible.

Mind you that these cookies have a different texture/crumb than your traditional cookie (these are not crispy/dry crumb cookies - they're closer to the texture of a brownie maybe?) , but the flavor and chew and proportion of each cookie really packs a satisfying bite of delicious-full-YUM!I've enjoyed all the different flavors and they are perfectly sweet and balanced. I especially love that there's variety of flavor with chocolate chips/candies to add texture/crunch. “They are beyond and exceedingly a top notch Bakery. They filled a large perder of assorted baked goods during one of the hardest times of our life. The love that went into every pastry was greatly appreciated. It was such a great way to thank the over 200 guests in attendance to my fathers final farewell. We saw people embody dads generosity by sharing such decadent treats. To us as a family, we were voting grateful for that special touch that Crema Artisan Bakery added in celebrating our patriarchal great white oak of the family. “The food is above average for a hospital cafeteria. The best value is the soup station, $2.70 for one serving. Optional rotate daily but I've seen chicken noodle, lobster bisque, clam chowder, red pepper Gouda, French onion, Italian wedding, broccoli cheese, vegetarian chili.There's also a small salad bar, hot food bar, grill, pizza, yogurt bar, baked goods, and some chilled grab-n-go items. Tuesdays are Taco Tuesdays (carnitas or quinoa, plus 2 sides of black beans/roasted corn/Spanish rice)

Vegetarian options: Taco Tuesday had pork and quinoa as options. There's also a self serve salad bar. Today also had vegetarian chili.

Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for different dietary needs.“

“This is a great little sandwich shop. It's locally owned and bakes its own bread every day. My favorite is their Vietnamese Chicken sandwich, which has a light garlic sauce that is heavenly. I also like their vegetarian veggie + humus on pita bread. But they have many other delicious sandwiches as well. I discovered last year that they prepare sandwich trays for group events. They haven't registered with UCI but we always pick them up and then get reimbursed from a UCI account. Their prices are much lower than, say, Mendocino Farms and UCI catering and, needless to say, the quality of what they offer is head and shoulders above UCI catering. Give them a try.“

“Staff is normally friendly. Food is good. Drinks are good. ......Today was not a good day for them. The lady inside decided she needed to yell at someone and decided to yell at my wife. There is a 3 person minimum in the Store, which I understand. We both went inside and there were two people in there. They lady decided that the best customer service approach was to Yell rudely at my wife "THERE ARE ONLY 3 PEOPLE ALLOWED AT A TIME, YOU NEED TO GET OUT.". .....We both went out and we came back in and while checking out, I told the lady she was very rude to my wife. She decided again the best Customer Service approach was to argue and yell at me " THERE ARE ONLY 3 PEOPLE ALLOWED AT A TIME." This one BAD BOBA won't deter us from coming back, because we have always had good experiences there. She just needs to be called out on this. I am pretty sure she is the supervisor for the morning.“

“Fresh Brothers always comes through and has a unique dough that at first I wasn’t sure about but is now my favorite local pizza place hands-down and although the delivery service may complicate things sometimes, they always make it right so I will forever be a customer of Fresh Brothers I wish I could give 10 stars as I know how important it is for local businesses. I think these people who leave one and two stars don’t understand the complexity of making a quality product and then having a outsourced company deliver it. They need to really step back and look at it in a different perspective and for the ones who just leave one stars pay no attention to that as they’re probably a bot or someone who’s angry at life and hates everything“

“So I went in to Nekter in hopes of getting the delicious Graviola Bowl. I was told they were discontinued. NOOOO!!! They said they still had the ingredients to make me one though. I was SOOOOO happy!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!! BRING BACK THE GRAVIOLA BOWL NEKTER!!!“

“I have lunch here about three times a week. I get a large Glow-Getter smoothie and have them add pea protein. It's very filling! I order it on the app and take it back to work. The smoothies and bowls are delicious and have good ingredients that you can select for yourself. I've never been a healthy eater, but I'm sold on these.

Since I order in the app my order is always waiting for me by the time I get to the store. And the staff is always friendly :)

I marked down the atmosphere down one star. They have a few nice seating areas inside the store. They are always clean, but the noise from the blenders can be distracting. There is also plenty of shaded seating outside, but lately it's been too hot to sit outside :(“

“If you want a reliable authentic bowl of Pho with no frills, this place is a great place to go. Best of all, the interior does not smell like mildew/wet socks compared to a couple other places in Irvine. The prices are affordable and we ordered the combo that comes with a free soda and egg roll (Monday through Thursdays special).“

“Quail Hill location is one of the best! Friendly staff, store always clean, mobile orders made right and ready when you arrive. My favorite lunch spot for something quick, fruity, healthy and delicious!“

“The pizza was excellent and the food quality was spot on. However, I have concerns that some employees may be misusing their positions to drive revenue in ways that raise questions. Revenue generated on certain days appears noticeably different from other days, and there seems to be a pattern that warrants attention. Law enforcement is reportedly monitoring the situation closely.

Even in the past, some of the highest-revenue days appeared to coincide with the presence of a particular individual (victim). While the quality of the pizza and the effort that goes into making it deserve recognition, the focus on generating revenue can sometimes overshadow the good work being done by the staff in delivering a great product.

My suggestion would be to check the top earning days and be sure to analyze it! Over the top earning day = presence of a victim
