“We recently had a fantastic experience that truly made our family dinner special.
The afternoon started perfectly with the hostess who kindly and efficiently fulfilled our request for a round table by the window. It was exactly what we wanted and set a great tone for the meal.
However, the real highlight of the night was our server, Melissa. She was absolutely exceptional! Melissa was incredibly friendly, polite, and courteous, and she made my entire family feel right at home from the moment we sat down.
Melissa took care of us every step of the way. She was wonderfully attentive, constantly checking in to ask if we needed anything else. Our drink glasses were never empty, and she was quick to refill our sauces without us even having to ask.
And of course, the food was wonderful as well! Everything was delicious and served piping hot.

We also tried the spinach dip and the firecracker shrip and it was okay. I would try something else in the future. For my main course I got the pork chop. It was perfectly cooked. When we realized this location was closing in 10 minutes, we were hesitant to go in because the young lady was sweeping the floor. I work in a service industry as well so I understand how 'last minute' guests can be 😉. She was quick to make eye contact with us as soon as we walked in. She also stopped cleaning right away to service us with a smile. She was friendly & patient and said we would be able to get another coupon like the one we used for my birthday if we complete a survey. Filling out this survey is less about the coupon but more about Carissa. Wonderful young lady with great work ethic and a warm demeanor. Great hire, Nothing Bundt Cakes Laguna Hills! “We want to thank CPK for honoring Veterans today. They gave a delicious complementary supper tonight with a nice menu. The food was delicious. The staff was excellent. Service was fast. Manager thanked the veterans and gave us a handshake and a flag. He even had a table set for the missing soldiers , sailors, and Marines. Happy that everyone in restaurant was having a great time. “I was originally planning to leave a 3.5 or 4-star review for Blaze Pizza, but something happened that encouraged me to change it to 5 stars. The quality of the pizzas was good for the price, although a part of the crust was slightly overcooked, and a bit more attention during baking would have helped. Still, overall, I’d say the quality was solid considering the price point.

In my order, I had included a Caesar salad, which I realized was missing when I got home. I called the restaurant to let them know, and after checking my email later, I saw they had refunded part of the cost. This level of customer service truly impressed me and convinced me to add that extra star.“

She decided again the best Customer Service approach was to argue and yell at me " THERE ARE ONLY 3 PEOPLE ALLOWED AT A TIME." This one BAD BOBA won't deter us from coming back, because we have always had good experiences there. She just needs to be called out on this. But I called and the girls there (I’m so sorry I don’t remember their names) made it beyond right and I appreciate it so much. I would definitely recommend eating here but maybe not ordering through the online app with any 1/2 topping specification tho. ;)
