“Hi. I was there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I had fish with shrimp (creole on top) . I sat in the bar & the waitress was nice but I asked her if the entry was spicy & she reassured me it was not spicy. Well, it DID have a big kick to it & I could only eat about 1/3 of it because of that. She never came back soon after she served it to ask me how it was or I would have told her it WAS spicy. Your caesar salad was DELICIOUS & I highly recommend it. And your cheesecake with raspberry topping was good too. Had a glass of wine also. Sorry but I won't be back because the entry I ordered was spicy & told it wasn't . That was disappointing.“

My grass-fed steak was tender and juicy, the mac n cheese was comforting and delicious, and the side of beets paired well with the goat cheese. My husband enjoyed his crispy chicken sandwich and fries. I love the variety of food offered at Urban Plates and knowing my body is getting high quality nutrients while enjoying something delicious!

“Had a great experience at Saffron Bakery. Everything was fresh, buttery, and beautifully made. The pastries had perfect flaky layers, rich flavor, and looked just as good as they tasted. The pistachio pastry and chocolate croissant were especially amazing.

You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and put care into their baking. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere too. Definitely one of the best bakeries I’ve tried in the area, highly recommend!“

DONT WALK RUNNNN here!!! All the spice variants are so accessible from mild to medium to spicy- There's also indian spicy (the hottest level) which I got, and it was PROPERLY spicy. I ordered the Roasted Cauliflower and Chickpeas Bowl with added protein of grilled shrimp. It was absolutely delicious and so fresh…the shrimp was done perfectly. We also shared the cauliflower and dates appetizer. I was a little skeptical at first about the interesting combination, but they were fantastic…and addicting! I liked the overall atmosphere of the restaurant and the service was excellent too. My husband and I will be dining there tonight, and he is excited because there are several GF items he can try. I highly recommend this restaurant for their fresh and delicious foods!“

“Stopped by for lunch and had a fantastic experience. We ordered the Donkatsu Plate, Spicy Tofu Soup Meal, and the Bulgogi Bowl, and every dish was delicious.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. My son has a sesame allergy, and they immediately checked with the kitchen and confirmed the ingredients.

The donkatsu was the thinner, smashed pork chop style with a perfectly crispy coating, and the house sauce paired with it was especially good. The bulgogi was tender and packed with flavor. The spicy tofu soup was on the milder side, making it a great option for anyone who enjoys the flavor without too much heat.

The food came out surprisingly fast, everything tasted fresh, and the service was excellent. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!“
