Mediterranean bowls with fresh, flavorful ingredients is a sure seller anywhere, let alone in Southern California, so it's no wonder that this is a popular spot. I've chosen to eat at CAVA locations on several occasions and despite this, I still find myself disorientated when going to order. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the Mission Viejo location. The area that has the fountain drinks and utensils was dirty. The holders for the utensils looked as if they hadn't been cleaned and sanitized in a while. The newer location in Laguna Niguel is far superior.Parking: You may have to wait for a little bit for a spot to open up.
