I ordered a lamb, and they added a spoonful of lamb, it must have less than 10g of protein, plus it is more expensive than other proteins. They don't care about customers, they only aim for profit. If you want to eat a decent amount of protein this is not the place, they are probably going vegan.

Wow, this place was a disaster on Saturday. Trash overflowing, line backed up to the door and only one person working the line. Every other employee was moping around with dead eyes. I waited over 10 minute in a line that DID NOT MOVE before leaving.

So normally I never have a bad experience with the food here. However, I ordered a bowl for pick up. Half of the ingredients were missing from the bowl I order, No dressing was applied to it that ordered, and on top of that the chicken was completely burnt. I'm hoping management takes this into consideration when it comes to inspecting orders before theyvplace them into the bag... Extremely disappointed customer step your game up cava.
Alex at Cava is excellent at his job, and his customer service skills are 5 star+. I love the food, but I go to this location for Alex, and the entire crew. They are so kind, and fantastic at providing an excellent experience where you feel welcome. It doesn't feel like a casual restaurant because of Alex & the crew providing 5 star experience including opening the door for you if they are available to do so. Above & beyond. Thank you so much. I love this place because of the crew.

BOTH of our Full bowl portions were 3/4 EMPTY and we paid $40!! You did not give us Pita bread or utensils. I am so upset and I can not believe I just paid for the WORST proportions EVER! I would guess CAVA does this to ALL DoorDash patrons because there is no recourse. I can't leave work and they will not answer the phones!!!
