“Had a nice evening at Dominicos on the lake this evening. My wife and I had reservations and were fortunate to ask Kory for a patio table which he accommodated. Michael took us to our table and was very kind and professional. Pedro came by with our bread and water and said hello. He is one of the hardest working individuals at the restaurant. Eddie our server came by and took our orders with a bottle of Austin Hope and bread to start. My wife ordered a chicken breast salad and I had the chef's special stroganoff which was amazing. Unfortunately my wife's salad came out 30 minutes after my stroganoff which was a cardinal sin in the restaurant business and we mentioned it was not acceptable. Eddie apologized and we also had Steven, the GM, come by and also apologize and ensure the salad would be out shortly. The salad was delivered, of course after I ate my entree and Steven dropped off and apologetic gift certificate for an appetizer during our next visit. We also ordered an additional beef stroganoff plus an order of meatballs to take home for tomorrow. We undertake things happen and it's certainly nice to see the restaurants busy again but a party of two receiving their entrees 30 minutes apart is not conducive with quality service. I am guessing the chef either misplaced the order or overlooked the obvious and we hope next time we will not have such issues as the restaurant is very good and in a fantastic location. Michael also came back around and stated he was concerned about this mishap and would look into this. As a retired government administrator and former restaurant manager in my college days I expect the simple things like entrees being delivered at the same time to be in sync with quality service and dining. We will be back and see if in fact this was an isolated incident. Good food and ambiance plus. I stopped by on Christmas Eve with my family and placed a big order. After I paid, I realized I forgot to order fries. Moe immediately took care of me and didn’t even want me to wait or go back in line to make another payment. He just grabbed them for me right away and got me taken care of.

He was genuinely kind and didn’t make it a hassle at all. I really wanted management to know how awesome and genuine he was. Also, every time I come here, the team behind the counter is always super friendly, kind, and welcoming. This isn’t my first time here, and the service is consistently great. Definitely one of my go-to spots.”

If you're not into greasy fries, steer clear. Overall though, I would recommend, and I will be back.”

The price online says $9.99 but at the window it says $12.99. I told the nice woman I'd be back. That's my new go to food place whenever I visit the Health Care Agency near by.”

My husband enjoyed his Blackened Citrus shrimp bowl with mango salsa (no longer available at Rubio's). This is our new favorite place for fresh, fast Mexican food. They also have a rewards program, so be sure to sign up on the app.”

“What makes an excellent pizza? A great foundation: dough, sauce, and cheese. Coastline nails all three. The crust is sourdough, perfectly chewy with real character. The tomato sauce is zesty without being too salty. And it’s all topped with cheese that melts beautifully across every slice. If you want a great pizza, this is probably the best in the area.

We started with the coastal chopped salad, which was the perfect opener and a great preview of the pizza to come.

The service is top notch and everyone is genuinely friendly. At one point I was waiting at the bar for a beer that was actively being poured, and a staff member still came over to check if I needed help. A great touch that says a lot about how they run the place. Even better for beer fans: all their drafts come in schooner size.

Bottom line: if you like pizza and beer, this place is a must-visit. Coastline Pizza is our new default for pizza night.”

I wrote a positive review maybe twice in my life here’s my third. Start with the cashier, I really can’t say I ever had anyone serve me with a better attitude than the guy who helped me and I say right by the register and he kept that amazing attitude with all customers. At first I had 3 chicken tacos from the taco Tuesday deal (which I might say isn’t cheap, but quality costs) which were surprisingly good because I don’t love shredded chicken. The chicken was so good I decided to get an asada one as well just to make sure they really are as good as it seems. They crushed it, asada taco came to over 7$ after taxes and it glad to say I’ll be happy to pay that price anytime anywhere to get that same taco!”

“Royal Donuts in Mission Viejo is one of those classic local donut shops that reminds you why small neighborhood spots still beat the big chains. From the moment you walk in, the smell of fresh donuts hits you and you can tell right away that things are being made properly, not just shipped in frozen and reheated like some of the larger franchise places.

The selection is excellent. You have all the classics you expect like glazed, chocolate frosted, maple bars, old fashioned, and jelly filled, but everything tastes noticeably fresher than the average donut shop. The glazed donuts have that perfect light texture where the outside has just enough sweetness without being overwhelming, and the inside stays soft and fluffy. The maple bars are especially good and are generously sized. One donut can honestly hold you over for quite a while.

Another thing I noticed is the consistency. A lot of donut shops are good early in the morning but fall off later in the day. Royal Donuts seems to keep a solid rotation going so you are not getting something that has been sitting around for hours. The donuts still taste fresh even later in the morning.

The staff has always been friendly and quick, even when there is a small line. They move people through efficiently without making you feel rushed. The shop itself is clean, simple, and exactly what you want from a neighborhood donut place. Nothing fancy, just good donuts done right.

Prices are also very reasonable compared to a lot of places now charging premium prices for basic donuts. Here you still feel like you are getting great value for what you pay.

If you live anywhere around Mission Viejo, this is definitely one of those local spots worth supporting. Great donuts, friendly service, and consistently fresh quality. Exactly what a neighborhood donut shop should be.”

She welcomes you with a smiling face and explains anything on the Chinese-American menu, which is quickly served and abundant. Her plates are beautifully displayed with included side dishes, and full to the top (you'll probably need a take home box).
My only recommendation is she provide Chinese music to set the mood instead of her nice quiet classical music. BTW, the restaurant is in a quiet section of the shopping mall with no loud vehicles racing by. You can have a nice quiet conversation while enjoying your food. “Oh. My. God!!!! Bomb!!!! I order chips & guacamole, asada taco & pollo asado burrito. The minute I tried the chips i knew. The tacos was sooo good. Next time im going to get an asada burrito. The chicken was good but the asada was where it’s at. The salsas were very tasty! I’m glad I tried a variety of them. I think my favorite was the creamy cilantro. My only regret is not ordering a single flour tortilla on the side so I can take it home & add some butter & I should’ve gotten the churros. Next time for sure!”

“Excellent Persian food in warm surroundings at reasonable prices. What everybody calls professional staff with great service, is actually the PERSIAN HOSPITALITY which no Persian restaurant would last without it. Even when you are waiting for your takeout order, they offer you complimentary tea while you wait. Persian moms take their cooking seriously and if the food at a Persian restaurant doesn't meet their high standards, they wouldn't load up the whole family to go there for family dinners and catered parties.”

“Been here a couple times and their cinnamon rolls (especially when fresh out the oven) are UNREAL! Friendly staff and I appreciate how transparent they are with how much time is left for certain pastries. The new hours also help too, was nice to not come in with a huge line out the door. “Cool vibe, good food. Happy hour daily from 2-5 with 50% off beer and wine. My only complaint would be the table tops were sticky/dirty looking. Not from lack of cleaning, just seemed to be the varnish they used on the wood. Also, the garlic parm fries are coated in a garlic butter. Very greasy/oily. If you're not into greasy fries, steer clear. Overall though, I would recommend, and I will be back.”

“11/10 experience! I visited Vivot with my best friend - a nurse who works across the street after hearing her rave about the quality of the matcha and thoroughness of the drinks made. Unfortunately I ordered via OLO to the wrong location but nevertheless the store team quickly made our new drinks. I ordered a Einspanner Matcha Latte with Oat Milk and a Lavender Cloud. After visiting Japan, it has been extremely hard to find authentic matcha. Vivot was extremely authentic and delicious. A special thanks to Brandon for his help processing the refund for my error ordering at the wrong location. I can’t wait to visit again when I am back in town!”
