“It's a jack in the box, so I'm not here reviewing jack in the box food. Go look elsewhere if you want that. Although I will say that the food was cooked to the ideal standard for what Jack in the Box customers should expect.I went in here during a massive rainstorm that suddenly came out of no where while I was getting my car repaired next door. I came in here to get food and wait for my car. I got the crispy chicken sandwich meal. It was totally fine.I love the soda machine for having my Diet Coke lime ginger available since they have that machine that has like 100 combinations of syrups to make the drink you want. The staff was nice because I didn't know what I wanted. Granted it was empty at that moment so it would be weird if they rushed me. They were totally nice. I was there well after my meal was finished waiting out the rain and my car repair. No one bothered me. Overall great experience. I don't normally eat Jack in the Box or fast food in general so I was very pleased that it was not so over greasy that i later regretted it since I wasn't used to eating that way.If i wanted to eat jack in the box again I'd go here. Well, lf I were near this location. I live in irvine so I'm not going to drive from Irvine just for this restaurant, but I am also not going to get in my car and get Jack in the Box normally.“
“Staff: The young lady who worked the drive thru was very nice and friendly. Quality/Quantity: Good. We had the chicken bowl, spicy chicken strips, and onion rings. Chicken bowl was small but very flavorful. Spicy chicken strips had some punch with a decent amount of spice. Onion ring were crunchy and flavorful. Overall the food was hot, tasty, and a good value. Value: It's fast food, so good of course Overall: It was a good experience. The food and service was good. We'll be back.“
“They have a good special that they keep rotating for about $5.99. If they take it off, I stop going!! They should always keep it permanently on the menu, since I go at least 2-3 or more times a week. Think it is called "Deluxe cheeseburger combo".The thing that really brings me back are the curle fries, which I substitute for the reg fries for a 40 cent mark up!! They have the best curley fries of any burger chain!! Crunchy and soft potato at the same time, without being oily!!! Also comes with a drink! Total cost with fries upgrade $6.68!!Parking: Building adjacent 30 spaces and drive thru“
