“I’ll start off by saying I really loved the burger. The ingredients they use here are evidently high quality and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the food. However, the double cheeseburger is straight up almost impossible to eat without it falling apart in your hands if you get any sort of sauce on it. Although this could’ve been due to my order, I swear I’ve never seen sauce behave in such a slippery manner. Felt like the bun turned traction control off or something. I was wondering if the sauce was infused with teflon. In all seriousness, though, this place is great. It’s a bit more expensive than most places but at least you know you are getting some legit quality food, and we are in southern OC after all; where $12-$15/burger is probably the average anyways. Also, for any fellow Muslims– only the beef is halal here as far as I know.“
“Unreal experience here. The employees like their jobs and take customer service serious. The food and coffee are consistently GOOD! The owners are extremely nice people and care about taking care of their customers. I highly recommend checking out this place out.“
“This is a great place to have a weekend brunch. As the name suggests, they have lots of pancake options, all of which are far superior to the chain pancake place. They also have other great breakfast items, including omelets and breakfast burritos. For those otherwise inclined, they have plenty of lunch items and Hawai'ian themed food..The service is friendly and the food comes out quickly. My only little quibble is the inside dining area could stand to be bigger. They actually have more outdoor seating, although it is in some proximity to a major arterial street, so car noise is inevitable. It's very nice to sit out there, except during rain and when it is hot out.Parking: Being in a strip mall, there is plenty of parking, although much of it requires a little more walking as the spaces near the restaurant fill quickly. You won't encounter hordes of roaming cars looking for that one space.“
“I recently had a fantastic and memorable experience at The Habit due to their exceptional customer service and delicious food. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the staff. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great dining experience. The customer service was truly outstanding. The staff was not only efficient in taking my order promptly but also took the time to answer any questions I had about the menu. They made sure that my food was prepared exactly to my liking and checked in with me throughout my meal to ensure that everything was satisfactory.Speaking of the food, it was absolutely delicious. The Habit's menu offered a variety of mouthwatering options, and each dish was prepared with utmost care and attention to detail. “Don’t you love when you’re starving and craving a burger and you just happen to find a random gem right around the corner? TK will hit the spot but they could improve with some minor tweaks. It has a rad surf vibe to it and the prices are amazing. The way the world used to be pre-inflation. Fries were great and the burgers are right sized. My complaint is they are fresh ground, they’re the frozen pucks like you get from Costco. They are rather thin but if they could make that minor tweak it would be an easy 5-stars. Still worth a try if you’re in the hood.“
“What can I say. The kids and I love the Blizzards. My favorite is the Hawaiian Blizzard. My son the M&M Blizzard and my daughter the Rainbow Blizzard. For us it does not have to be a warm day. In fact we just went during the recent cold and rainy Pineapple Express Storm that hit Southern California. Fitting for my Hawaiian blizzard. Anyway, when you need a treat, ice cream always works for us. Puts a smile on the faces of the grumpiest kids. Haha“
“Walked into this place expecting a nice juicy burger, disappointed to say that when I was handed my patty and it was in fact, smashed. They took their name to another level, one I don't like. Found a strand of hair or two in my ranch dressing, it tasted blonde. Next time, I prefer my hair brunette, like I like my men.“
“They have a good special that they keep rotating for about $5.99. If they take it off, I stop going!! They should always keep it permanently on the menu, since I go at least 2-3 or more times a week. Think it is called "Deluxe cheeseburger combo".The thing that really brings me back are the curle fries, which I substitute for the reg fries for a 40 cent mark up!! They have the best curley fries of any burger chain!! Crunchy and soft potato at the same time, without being oily!!! Also comes with a drink! Total cost with fries upgrade $6.68!!Parking: Building adjacent 30 spaces and drive thru“
“This place rocks! We lived in the area for 27 years and moved 5 years ago, but we visit every year, and always, always, this place is the first and the last place we stop. The food is amazing, with generous portions, and the people are always so kind and happy. One visit, and you will be hooked for life. Even though we now live almost 500 miles away, we always bring my mom back a bearclaw, and upon arriving, it is still soft and fresh every time! Now mom is hooked! Go. You will never be disappointed. They are the best!“
