“I’m surprised by this place to be honest. I’ve gone and eaten at the stand and their burgers are ok nothing worth bragging about. MOOYAH burgers are pretty good and the service is amazing. I had a burger made wrong and the manager corrected it for me even though I was shy and refused it the manager wouldn’t take no for an answer till it was corrected. Most of the time if things like this happen I’d just ignore it and never come back. The service is top notched even better than most fine dining restaurants to be honest. I always get nervous because if it’s made wrong I hate to complain because workers always give attitude having to redo it again but they apologized and remade it for me again. Service is good here burgers are pretty good. Their fries are ok not my favorite since they’re similar to wingstop. Other than that I’ll definitely be back for sure because I feel welcomed and valued as a customer.“

I was considering cancelling my order leaving when Luna came to my rescue correcting the order the AI could not get. Technology is not a replacement for people. Carl's has provided human customer service employing employees many employees over the years. Carl's should continue to value their employees.“

“This restaurant blew my expectations out of the water! My bf has known the owner through covid and thank god he could make it through with Cluck Kitchen and the Cut. It’s very obvious the owner and chefs have a PALETTE. I got the pork belly burger and my god. The havarti and the sweetness of the bacon jam are choices the opposite of arbitrary. Also the tots in the cheese sauce were absolutely the best I’ve ever had. The quality of ingredients here along with the FLAVOR is unmatched. Easily among my top ten favorite restaurants and I consider myself a bit of a snob when it comes to a menu. This place deserves fame, straight up. To me also the service at a restaurant really doesn’t matter if the food is amazing, but everyone there was so kind and helpful. 10/10 experience , we will be back ASAP.“
“I came in with family to munch and me and the kids were indecisive and hard a hard time picking what time order. Mana was the kind person who helped me and my family and she was incredibly patient through out the time and gave us great recommendations. We went with her recommendations, and the kids loved it. They were on the pricy side but offer complementary sauces/dips and delicious pickles. I ordered a kids meal, two burgers, fries, and onion rings. The kids meal doesn’t come with a drink which is a bummer but it was okay. I got a bottle of water for about $3 more(which was more than o was told before I paid) and then purchased a fountain drink. Got complementary fries for signing up for the rewards program and app.Food took about 12-15minutes to make from the time we paid. My daughter loved the hot dog. The portion sizes were decent. The flavor on the burgers were one of a kind .. truly.I feel bad because I didn’t get the woman’s name that assisted us, but she had beautiful lashes, unique tattoos, and gorgeous lashes. “Came with my family on a Saturday afternoon. Although very busy, the staff was great and professional. Sat on the first table to the entrance. Our server Mikey stood out the most. Greeted us right away with a great smile and willingness to provide great service. He got our order, delivered our food, checked up on us constantly and was just a great guy. Very rare to find such good classic service with such a willingness to take care of his customers. He had a genuine smile and you knew he really cared about us and all his other customers. Don't lose this guy because he is the only reason we will come back. Now, In regards to the actual food. I ordered the basic burger and it was a little dry and kinda of disappointed that the meat was a little bit slimmer than the past. I get the shrinkflation thing but for $15. bucks kinda was a little upset. But again, Mikey made up for it, and will come back again for sure.“

I wish they had real booths at this location. Service was also very slow but the burger made up for it.“
