“I have been here a total of two times and it was enough to get me hooked. The first time I tried the patty melt with the bacon ranch fries and a snickerdoodle melt and aside from the nacho cheese on the fries (I prefer cheddar is all), all I can say is YUM 😋 Then the second time I had the spicy crispy chicken sandwich with garlic parm fries and a vanilla melt and oh. my. lanta is that sandwich aptly named. I have NEVER had something so perfectly crispy before 🤯 the fries were good, but a tad oily due to the seasoning for my liking and the vanilla melt was tasty. It's a but pricy, but I joined the rewards program and they seem to offer a lot of goodies.
The staff has also been pleasant each time I've gone which only helps enhance the experience.
Ten out of ten, WILL go again 💋🤌🏾“

“My local Carl’s Jr is amazing. I had an order for my family with Items That had special modification requests and my order was exactly as we hoped. Luna, the employee who helped us at the drive-through window was friendly and helpful. She answer questions about the mobile app so I would be able to use it in the future. Overall, this was a wonderful experience at the end of a stressful day.“

“Decent burger restaurant that uses fresh ingredients for a good value. They have a good variety of different burgers, and the staff are very friendly and helpful in a clean environment. Only complaint is that the patty and fries has no seasoning whatsoever. The salt level was undefined since there was no salt at all.“

“Husband and I went there last night during Haunt Hopping in Santa Ana -- and WOW!! Absolutely delicious, filling burgers and crispiest, hottest fries! Very friendly service. Hoping they open some locations near us, but until then, we'll make special trips -- they're that good!“

“This location is not only the best Carl's Jr in all of OC, but it is one of the best fast food restaurants period. I recently started working in Irvine and I come here at least twice a week. Food is always hot and fresh. Maria the manager, and her crew are extremely kind and give the best customer service!“
