“Luna was great. She stepped in when I had to repeat my order several times. The AI couldn't understand what I was ordering because the street had heavy traffic flow passing by. I was considering cancelling my order leaving when Luna came to my rescue correcting the order the AI could not get. Technology is not a replacement for people. Carl's has provided human customer service employing employees many employees over the years. Carl's should continue to value their employees.“

“We decided to give this place a try on a Sunday afternoon. We were chillin at the (dog) park (shoutout Lighter Shade of Brown) & realized we were ready for a light snack so we headed over to Roll Em Up. There was ample parking, but I think this plaza gets crowded on weekdays during the lunch rush. Although they have some seating indoors, it was a beautiful day so we wanted to sit outside. There's a lot of outdoor seating, but being so close to the airport the jet fuel smell wasn't doing it for me so we took our food to go. We ordered one of each kind of taquito they offer to try/share so we got potato, cheese, chicken, ground beef & shredded beef. The cheese and shredded beef were my favorites. They do ask you if you want your taquitos to be made with corn of flour tortillas. If you want a traditional taquito go with the corn tortilla because the flour tortillas, while still delicious, put you in flauta territory. I have no idea what they top these taquitos with but the topping are tasty. I look forward to returning to try their street corn and queso.“
“Me and my friends decided to go to this place because we were craving pasta. They ordered a tonnarelli with tomato & basil sauce with mozzarella balls; it came out and was hot but the noodles were strangely hard and the mozzarella balls were cold. It was strange so I decided to ask about it. The cashier was very understanding and told us that the pasta was supposed to be hard like that. He also told us that we could keep the pasta and he could make another one.“
“Teresa, the store manager, along with Mere, the supervisor treats everyone with kindness and welcomes us like family. The food always comes out fresh and hot. The location is super clean and bright. Never had a bad experience and if there was something wrong Teresa would fix it right away.“

I had horrible experiences at the other locations and orders always messed up near by, but this one is by far the best. The one located near zion market, they always get my order correct and ready quickly.“

I always visit various fast food places, and usually fast food are just places to come and grab a quick meal, nothing too special.All the other places I’ve been to are just mid-quality, but this Carl’s Jr location feels like a home to me, so I’ve been a long time regular here.Food quality is super fresh and tasty, with varieties of choices.The customer service is top notch. I particularly appreciate—really appreciate—Martha’s customer service and kindness. “This restaurant is probably the best one i have ever been too in years. The food quality, and mostly the owner and his daughter. They are extremely nice and made the experience way better. The taquitos were incredible and my favorite was the shredded beef ones. The food always comes out hot and fresh and the vibe inside the restaurant is very nice.“
“Well, it’s Wendy’s. So you get what you expect from Wendy’s. This place is my go-to place when I visit Costco Tire for tire rotation. Wait here for an hour or so, getting some fast food, also do some work as this place is not crowded and has enough powerwall. Also it provides guest witfi although a VPN would not established for you to connect to your office network.Overall good place to stay if you are visiting Costco Tire or waiting someone around here.“

“The General Manager, Betty, was the most professional employee I have ever encountered at a Carl’s Jr. I have menu restrictions and she went above and beyond to meet my needs. I’d love it if you would include the Beyond Burger in some of your coupon mailers. I’ve been a Carl’s fan since when I worked at a Jr on Euclid and LaPalma in Anaheim 1966. “I was there on my job's lunch break and the service and atmosphere was incredible! I was once gifted a sandwich from a church's special program that was from Farmer Boys but I didn't get the name so I made an attempt and got the turkey melt which was delicious but it wasn't the particular sandwich I was looking for.“

“Typically real good. But this visit at the drive thru was less than great. I got my food, jumped on the freeway and found that my order was wrong. I checked the receipt and it was correct.
