Luna was great. She stepped in when I had to repeat my order several times. The AI couldn't understand what I was ordering because the street had heavy traffic flow passing by. I was considering cancelling my order leaving when Luna came to my rescue correcting the order the AI could not get. Technology is not a replacement for people. Carl's has provided human customer service employing employees many employees over the years. Carl's should continue to value their employees.
I'm not the kind of leaving reviews for anyone. Had to make a exception on this one. The service through Drive Thru was excellent and my order was complete and then some. Turns out that I was asked to request Ranch and I forgot, however, Belen the drive thru attendant not only placed plenty of napkins for 3 Grown men, but she also added Ranch, which I had forgotten about.
