I have been a repeat customer ever since I stumbled upon these unassuming little cookie bites!I was casually offered a cookie with a quiet mention that they were vegan, and thinking the worst of it, was actually MIND BLOWN! Mind you that these cookies have a different texture/crumb than your traditional cookie (these are not crispy/dry crumb cookies - they're closer to the texture of a brownie maybe?) , but the flavor and chew and proportion of each cookie really packs a satisfying bite of delicious-full-YUM!I've enjoyed all the different flavors and they are perfectly sweet and balanced. I especially love that there's variety of flavor with chocolate chips/candies to add texture/crunch. I LOVE these cookies and often gift them and bring them to office gatherings which turn out to be pretty popular!Nevermind that they're vegan or gluten free! No one in my house is vegan or vegetarian or gluten free and we thoroughly enjoy them as a treat.
