“Had a wonderful evening out with my wife at Ironwood Cellars in Laguna Hills. We had reservations for 5:30 p.m. and arrived early. We were greeted by Joe, the manager on duty, who was very kind, professional, and welcoming. Art was our server and is amazingly gifted in customer service professionalism and overall people skills. Yes, showing the love. We started with tequilla drinks from the bar, and we each had a wedge salad. Joe sent us over a wonderful Agnolotti appetizer as well, which was more than kind. The ambiance was positive and upbeat, perfect for the evening. Sergio was also quite attentive in making sure our table was serviced properly. We ordered our entrees with my wife having the halibut dinner, and I had the famous giant meatball dish. Both meals were hot & tasty and presented well. We had a terrific time, and Art surprised us with a complimentary dessert 🍨 with berries. The restaurant is so nice and offers an outdoor patio and bar seating as well. The wine list is extensive, as are the craft beers. Highly recommended.“

“By chance, my wife and I had stopped for lunch at Hai Master Restaurant and discovered that this restaurant is definitely a cuisine that we HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The prepared food distinguishes their dishes from the regular Chinese restaurant and is a taste that is incredibly delicious. The owner and chef is definitely one of a kind that incorporated the taste of her original province in China with her own spin. Tammy is the owner and chef and she just hired another chef with skills preparing Sichuan dishes if you want spicy food. This restaurant is becoming more popular each day because the restaurant is more packed every time we come there. “I just ubered food from this place because it was the nearest pho near me thats open on Christmas day. Pho and vermicelli bowl were so full of noodles we couldn’t finish them. Their eggroll was crispy and juicy. Springroll was so fresh. Loved the Vietnamese coffee too. Highly recommend.“

Our waiter Josh was the best I’ve ever met in this industry. Not only was he positive and brought a friendly atmosphere, but he was also prompt and incredibly helpful while being respectful and polite. It made my day and my whole dining experience so pleasant.

The food? ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I recommend the Lasagna, the Zupatoscana soup, and a sweet iced tea. There are so many tasty options, all for a very fair price.

The food will be better than what you’ll get at a 5-star luxury million dollar restaurant. It’s that good.

“great food, I usually get it door dashed to me when I am at the terminal. only thing I want changed is the ability to remove the Pico de gaio from the breakfast burrito. I am one of the odd ball humans that cilantro taste like soap to. and my burrito was amazing until I got to the Pico de gaio and the cilantro in it. made the rest of my burrito un-eatable. Other wise amazing food every time I have ordered“

“Our food was very good, both traditional and Americanized menu items. On our last visit I think there was a staffing change over just after we ordered our food. Our server took our order, delivered most of our food and then was gone. After the meal we waited for over 45 minutes for someone to check in on our party. When we asked for boxes and the check it felt like the server was irritated that we had asked. I'm not sure there was communication between the staff going off shift and those remaining on site. With so much competition in this area, this kind of misstep is unfortunate.“

Cozy, a bit more modern feel than the one in Anaheim. Still with their famous sesame bread.
Came here on a very rainy day, and on this visit I tried some staples of Taiwanese cafes.
Sesame bread: fantastic texture. Crispy on outside, and inside, chewy and rich with plenty of green onion. A MUST GET.
beef roll (beef wrap): very tender beef and so much green onion. Comes with a side of hoisin sauce but has plenty of flavor to stand on its own.
Beef noodle soup: a luxurious, rich broth with just the slightest kick. Something you may not be used to: The hand cut noodles are very very thick- Like spaetzle thick. They are quite enjoyable, but if you're hoping for more noodle chewy, I would try the regular noodles. Overall, the flavor of the soup and the beef cannot be beat!
Will definitely visit again to try the lamb, and would definitely recommend.“
