From the very beginning, Lin took the time to understand our needs and provide thoughtful guidance and recommendations that helped make our Grand Opening truly special. Her experience and attention to detail gave us complete confidence throughout the entire process.
From the moment the food arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and fresh, and the presentation was truly extraordinary. Enrique beautifully and elegantly plated each dish, with every detail thoughtfully done.
The service was equally outstanding—professional, attentive, friendly, and incredibly well organized. They made the entire catering experience easy and stress-free.

“This food truck is tucked in the same lot as George’s Episcopal Church. Pro tip: map the church so you don’t get lost. There are several eateries in that lot, but don’t get distracted just look for the green food truck and you’ll know you’ve found the right spot!
I came here right after my workout and ordered food to go. OMG, I had no idea the tacos were humongous! They are literally the size of my palm spread out! Jeeesuz!
I ordered three tacos:
Gobernador: I didn’t get to it until the next day, but the shrimp were so big and juicy, and that Chipotle aioli? Pure genius. I could put that on everything!
Octopus: The only one I ate fresh that day and oh my goodness, flavor explosion! The melted cheese, the seasoning, the texture… everything about it is 10/10!
Spicy Shrimp: I accidentally doubled up on shrimp tacos so I saved this one for the next day too, still delicious, still worth it.
Service can take a little while since there’s only one person taking orders and they’re cooking everything fresh in the truck, but trust me , it’s absolutely worth the wait!
Who would’ve thought a little food truck could make such a big impact? Don’t sleep on this hidden gem please come and taste the goodness for yourself!“

“It’s a hit or miss with this one. I just wish the drinks were more consistent on what they taste like.
And I dunno what it was this past week but I had add ons to my cold brew (cream & I paid for syrup) and literally all I got was just the cold brew. I had to ask them a few times to add to it which was a lil weird.
BUT their coffee is still good so I keep coming back!“

“Cool vibe! Excellent atmosphere! Staff was friendly and gave us some great recommendations as first time customers.
Plenty of parking. Fun and creative shop aesthetics.
We had the Bananarama with oat milk, the Basic B* with oat milk and The Mary Matcha, plus an order of Banana Bread. Very delicious drinks, addictive hahahaha.

“Pengo Drink Station was a nice quick stop I made with my niece, and it turned out better than expected. We just wanted something cold and sweet, and the place had a lot of fun drink options to choose from, which made it easy for her to pick something she liked.
The service was fast and the staff were friendly, even with a bit of a small line. They were patient while my niece was deciding, which I appreciated. Prices were reasonable too, so it didn’t feel like an expensive treat run.
Some drinks were a bit on the sweeter side, so we had to adjust a little, but once we found the right combo it was really good.“

“Portions are good and the atmosphere was great. Music and singing was constant throughout the meal (this was a Friday night, I don’t know if it changes by day) so I would not recommend if you’re looking for a quiet dinner.“
