When we realized this location was closing in 10 minutes, we were hesitant to go in because the young lady was sweeping the floor. I work in a service industry as well so I understand how 'last minute' guests can be 😉. She was quick to make eye contact with us as soon as we walked in. She also stopped cleaning right away to service us with a smile. She was friendly & patient and said we would be able to get another coupon like the one we used for my birthday if we complete a survey. Filling out this survey is less about the coupon but more about Carissa. Wonderful young lady with great work ethic and a warm demeanor. Great hire, Nothing Bundt Cakes Laguna Hills! “We had a wonderful celebratory birthday dinner last night. The meal was outstanding and our server was the perfect balance of attentiveness and good humor. I couldn't resist the taramisu—always my favorite end to the meal. It was a delight!“

“Rolled in before I caught train back home, after a day at The Mission. Enjoyed a few items off the Happy Hour Menu. $34 before tax for the Pear & Brie Skillet melt, seasoned olives, and a slice of Key Lime pie. I would pass on the skillet melt next time, did absolutely love the toasted focaccia it came with. Next time I would try the Spinach Artichoke Dip. I sat solo at the bar, several average size groups were at the other end of the bar area.“

Service was polished and attentive. As someone who regularly brings buyers to Laguna Beach, I find that a meal at The Loft does more for their decision than any property brochure ever could. “We want to thank CPK for honoring Veterans today. They gave a delicious complementary supper tonight with a nice menu. The food was delicious. The staff was excellent. Service was fast. Manager thanked the veterans and gave us a handshake and a flag. He even had a table set for the missing soldiers , sailors, and Marines. Happy that everyone in restaurant was having a great time. Staff was all friendly and excellent. We eat here about ever other month. Very affordable, great pizzas and pastas“

“Omg! Their breakfast burrito is amazing. Came to kaiser for a doc app and was looking for donuts. Well, I now found my new breakfast burrito place. First bite melted in my mouth. The eggs are fluffy and have a great flavor. The tortilla is soft. Im not one for cheese on my food. But the cheese they use is also soft and melts right into the burrito. The salsa is a must to add onto before a bit. My new spot when I’m in the area 😍“
