When we realized this location was closing in 10 minutes, we were hesitant to go in because the young lady was sweeping the floor. I work in a service industry as well so I understand how 'last minute' guests can be 😉. She was quick to make eye contact with us as soon as we walked in. She also stopped cleaning right away to service us with a smile. She was friendly & patient and said we would be able to get another coupon like the one we used for my birthday if we complete a survey. coffee is consistently good too strong enough but not bitter and they don't mess with it too much just wish they had a few more savory options for later in the day stuff like a simple egg sandwich or a frittata nothing fancy because sometimes you want a little more than just sweets but it is what it is
