Wow! This place hits the mark on all levels. Their double-fermented bread is easy on the belly and delicious — the next-best to gluten-free. Juices and smoothies alike come in a reusable glass jar. The environmentalist in me loves this! But I hope they have an option to reuse them there otherwise if you frequent this place a lot, you will get quite the collection.
