Highly recommend Oto and amazing food. The menu was very diverse with Japanese Cuisine and creative. Our server Wes was amazing and knew the menu thoroughly. The owner also was friendly and the knowledge was sustainable and her story within the food industry was remarkable. Between her and our server with personal stories tying into the cuisine, culture and flavors was truly an amazing dining experience. Finding Oto Sushi was an absolute godsend for my wife's gluten intolerance, since most sushi places hide gluten in almost every sauce because of modern soy sauce. The ambiance was great, the food was well-priced, and everything we ate was delicious, though the Scorch sushi roll was definitely both of our favorites. The cocktails were a little expensive though. We are definitely looking at coming back!
