“Our favorite new Italian restaurant locally in San Juan Capistrano. Holy meatballs in spaghetti sauce.....we tried the new Limoncello Ristorante and will be back for superb Italian dining. I felt as though we were being hosted at someone's home for dinner. From the moment we arrived i felt pampered. The atmosphere is so hospitable and friendly, yet refined and elegant. You will find the owners making sure your experience is "over the top". We started with the butternut squash and brown butter ravioli as our appetizer and some incredible foccacia bread with olive tapenade. So very delicious and unique! Our entrees were both divine and we ended our special meal with the Delizia Al Limoncello - Biscotti layered with Limoncello Zabaione Cream and Strawberries. My husband had a chocolate nutella version. I can't wait to bring family and friends to experience excellent authentic Italian cuisine in the most perfect ambiance. Squisito (Exquisite)!!!!! “Pizza Amore Cafe is our new favorite pizza! I can't have gluten and their Gluten-free is absolutely yummy!! I also can't have garlic so that means no sauce and each time they have made my pizza perfectly!! “Came here for a quick coffee and enjoyed the experience. Tim is the owner and was at the counter taking our order and making our coffee. He was very friendly and made a great cup of coffee and chai tea latte. He was just about to close but had no issue making us coffee. We sat outside on the bench, there is also seating inside. Next time will try some of his breakfast items.“

“The prix fixe Mother's Day experience was wonderful! Only thing was we were out in the sun and there was no way to move umbrellas around which made it a little uncomfortable. We still enjoyed it and my friend from out of town said she wants to come back every year.“

“I was visiting from AZ. The staff was very pleasant, even though we entered the establishment 10 minutes before closing. They even tried to help us find the bus line. I apologize for not knowing thier names, but a great group of people. And the cinnamon roll was to die for!“

“Food is absolutely delicious! We love doing take out or dine in. Service is speedy. Ambiance leaves something to be desired but all the food is so darn good that it doesn't matter. Appetizer sampler is a must if you aren't sure what to try. Lentil soup is tasty too. We usually stick to chicken dishes but if you like lamb we've tried those too. Love the cashew paneer since you can't always get it. Garlic naan is also to die for and you get a lot with one order. Everyone should have Himalayan Taste in their rotation!“

“Ramos House Cafe was our first stop in San Juan Capistrano, on a Tuesday in April. It was a beautiful spring day and the al fresco seating of the cafe was perfect. We were greeted by amazing service. We ordered the apple beignets, crab hash with a side of fresh biscuits, and americano. Everything was delicious. Freshly made is an understatement. I can't wait to be back!“

“The atmosphere here is amazing! Hearing and seeing the train pass by is a fun experience and the ambiance with live music makes it even better! Staff is friendly ,Delicious food ( Ahi nachos, Salmon, Mac and cheese , skillet cookie - we will have all these again ) Price is reasonable for great food, good vibes and a great experience. It’s a delightful treat for out of town guests.We will definitely be back .Parking: On a weeknight, Parking was somewhat challenging. We arrived for dinner around 5:30 , circled around but found and used outdoor paid parking ($8) . When we left, around 8:00 pm, i saw cars circling looking for open spots. Keep looking, it’s WORTH it!“

“I have been coming into Docent in San Juan Capistrano for a few years now. The beer is the best around by a long shot. The food is always outstanding and something that my wife and I crave. The reason for my review though is your manager Casey. He seems to always be there ready to help with a smile and fun conversation. He has a great work ethic and does a fantastic job of making everyone at the bar or at the register feel like he is genuinely grateful that they are there to support the business. I've talked to quite a few other people that he's talked to about him and they have all said that he is one of the main reasons that they come here. I've noticed that one of the big words on your back wall is "Community" and he is very in touch and a big part of this community and yours. Him and his staff do a fantastic job. You have a gem in Casey and can't wait to come in again to enjoy the food, beer and great conversation.“

“I don’t typically leave reviews, like ever. But I gotta say this place was such a treat. We came across it randomly and were drawn in by the photos of the brunch, and oh man did it not disappoint. The staff were incredible thoughtful and nice, and while ordering the owner (amazing woman) overheard me trying to decide between two options and was kind enough to point me in the right direction. I decided to get the breakfast burrito, but chose not to upgrade the meat to the steak because of the 10$ price difference. The owner caught us sitting outside and asked me what I went with, when I told her I had gone with the standard breakfast burrito she told me she was going to upgrade it to the steak FOR FREE! I’m not kidding when I say this was the best breakfast burrito I’ve had in years! Food was amazing, coffee was amazing, service and atmosphere were top notch. “We ordered a couple of burgers for delivery from The Stand for the first time tonight. The entire process was pretty simple using their proprietary app. We ordered 2 burgers and the onion rings. The food was delivered in a timely manner and was actually still warm. Everything was delicious and well prepared. We will definitely order from here again.“

“My family and I were looking for a Mexican restaurant to have dinner on the way to San Diego. I found this El Coyotito on Yelp and saw the had handmade tortillas. I was sold. Everything we had was delicious. My daughter is super picky and she loved her food. The staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was very clean as well. We'll definitely be back the next time we drive down.“

The service is absolutely fantastic and they are highly detail oriented and provide you real service. By far the best Indian restaurant in Orange County and I would say LA County. The bread is amazing and the desert Gulaab Jamun is just the right amount to give you a sweet taste at the end of your meal. At the end of my photos, you can see the well kept, gorgeously decorated location.Everything is well kept and the tables are very nicely decorated and have nice music and tvs with Bollywood dancing playing just at the right sound level. The chairs also have cute little cushions that aid to back support when sitting down.By far the best Indian restaurant I have tried, and I have tried many!Thanks“

“After visiting dana point caves, I was craving for a poke, so we did a spontaneous poke run at this mom & pop shop in san juan capistrano which ended up being rly nice :) restaurant was located in a very quiet area so we were the only patrons (aka introvert heaven). We ordered the large which comes with 5 proteins, with an extra scoop of spicy tuna bc didn't realize the first scoop would be mixed in the poke haha. I love how avocados are included in all the toppings and not counted as "extra" lol I'm used to being very extra so it was nice not having to be. Everything tasted fresh and service was warm & friendly. So glad we made the visit on our way back home!“

“There were 6 of us for dinner on Sunday night at 6 pm. We were seated inside, as requested, on time. Service was very good. We have been there many times, but feel the food has gone downhill in the recent past. I ordered pasta, with shrimp for dinner. My dish had only 3 medium shrimp in it! The dish was $29! I was not happy. Other people had lasagna, which was good. Another friend said her pasta was just ok. My husband had chicken Parmesan which was good.“

“Small restaurant in a shopping center - lots if parking. Small "bar" area, dozen tables inside and about the same on the patio. Patio is adjacent to the driveway for the shopping center. Our group of four had veal marsala, chicken marsala, veal parmigiana, and an antipasto salad entree. Bruschetta appetizer and a Caesar salad. The bruschetta was served on warmed, fresh bread. The herb/tomato topping was delicious. Caeser was standard, well dressed. Grilled baguette slices were provided with the meal and were fresh and flavorful. The entrees were very good. Only downside was the butter knives were barely adequate to slice the veal and chicken. The was only a single server at the Thursday lunch hour taking orders, clearing tables, serving food, etc. So service was a bit slow. But she maintained a pleasant attitude and tried to stay on top of things. Wine list is adequate, but over priced.“

“First time here, and WOW, the food is delicious!! I have a feeling that everything on the menu is fantastic. I appreciate the free bread (a lot of restaurants make you ask or even charge these days). Some improvements to be made: 1. Some artwork on the walls. This spot is so cute. I love the chairs on the patio and I think there's so much potential with just a few small touches. 2. The flies. I really don't understand the flies out front and the few inside. Maybe they know how good the food is too?? Maybe a couple small fly traps would be beneficial. Either way, I'll still be back regardless, but just wanted to add my two cents, whatever it's worth. Last thing to add, our server was very kind and competent. She was alone and managing a few large parties, and yet we barely had to wait and she was very attentive.
