“The best place to try Bosnian food! I can’t pick one favorite, from cevapi to pizza to pita , this food taste like homemade. All employees are nice and friendly, but the owner is an amazing human being, so humble and approachable, honest and relatable, love chatting with him every time we visit Cali, which is usually 2-3 times a year and we make sure we eat lunch and dinner at Sofra Urbana every day. We will definitely eat here again next time we're in Long Beach.“

“Amarith Farmhouse Restaurant & Pie Shoppe is a casual farm-to-table spot with a big menu, made-from-scratch dishes, fried chicken, and pies. They also have a farm where some of the restaurant's ingredients come from, which was pretty neat. They even let us try watermelon from the farm. In addition to the food, they also had lots of pies and even frozen chicken pot pies in the fridge/freezer.

You order at the front, and they bring the food out for you. The restaurant had a chill vibe with light music in the background. Just know that they can run out of items quite early. We went on a Friday around 6:30pm, and I wanted to try the Short Rib Pasta, but they didn't have it.

* Bone-in Fried Chicken 5/5 - This came out hot with crispy skin and a crunchy texture while still being light and juicy. I was thinking, it's just fried chicken, but it ended up being pretty good. You also get 2 sides to go with it.

*Brussel Sprouts side 4/5 - These tasted decent with a good texture.“

So they will send a salad and meatballs (and yes, we offered to pay for the extra pizza and mozzarella sticks). 45 minutes later the salad arrives with NO dressing. And 8 tiny meatballs... Bummer!!! “We came here on a Sunday evening for dinner. Food came out quickly. Service was excellent! A very friendly server gave us great recommendations and was patient with our questions since it was our first time here.

We enjoyed the broken rice combo with BBQ meats and sides. I especially like the pork chop, the pickled pork, sausage, and crispy fish cake. It was a very hearty meal with big portions at a reasonable price. I also loved that it came with a comforting side of vegetable soup broth.

“A hidden boba shop that just happens to serve pho and other food options. They don't specialize in pho and only have one variety (prime rib pho), but it slaps and is jam packed with meat! Only 10 bux and comes with a free small drink of your choice.

Unfortunately I had to deduct a star for lack of consistency. The pho ranges from amazing to just average, and I suspect it depends on the time of day. Try to come in the mornings.“
