“Amarith Farmhouse Restaurant & Pie Shoppe is a casual farm-to-table spot with a big menu, made-from-scratch dishes, fried chicken, and pies. They also have a farm where some of the restaurant's ingredients come from, which was pretty neat. They even let us try watermelon from the farm. In addition to the food, they also had lots of pies and even frozen chicken pot pies in the fridge/freezer.

You order at the front, and they bring the food out for you. The restaurant had a chill vibe with light music in the background. Just know that they can run out of items quite early. We went on a Friday around 6:30pm, and I wanted to try the Short Rib Pasta, but they didn't have it.

* Bone-in Fried Chicken 5/5 - This came out hot with crispy skin and a crunchy texture while still being light and juicy. I was thinking, it's just fried chicken, but it ended up being pretty good. You also get 2 sides to go with it.

“We came on a Wednesday night after baseball with the kids. Clean, mellow, and friendly spot. The food was delish! Clean for burgers and fries… and the seasoning, temp, and crispiness of the fries was amazing. You can tell they use high quality ingredients and care about each dish coming out! Yum! “Our server, Avante, was very good. Our several course meal came out at a very good pace. Nothing coming to table too soon. He also checked up on us several times. He had my wife cut into her steak when he brought it to the table to insure it was cooked to her desire. As it was our anniversary, he offered us a special desert on the house. Another plus is that this restaurant is very quiet allowing us to have a conversation.“

“Although I moved to Las Vegas, I find myself going to Hot off the Grill every time I am back in OC visiting my family. I absolutely love their steak dinner and fries combo. I literally crave for it. Not only the steak sandwich is amazingly delicious, and fries are like my favorite fries of all time; the staff is awesome! Especially Chris, always welcoming and knows exactly what I want!
