“This place is a hidden gem the ambiance was so hip lots of stickers everywhere and skateboards on the wall, music was old school hip hop which my 9 year old loved. The menu offers a variety of burgers and great options for the kiddos. The service was great and the cooks did an amazing job. The food was delicious. She's personable, professional, sweet and kind and really cares about her customers. When she walks by other tables she interacts with others and always makes them smile. She told us she was working her way through college to get her masters degree to become a physical therapist. She recently told us her favorite uncle had passed away and she was flying home to be with family. Perhaps this was the time this aweful review was written. It seems the person who wrote this has no compassion for others and some personal deep seeded issues to go out of their way to try and ruin her reputation. My family was eating at the Hangout one night and a family member started to choke and couldn't breath Nikki rushed over did the Heimlich maneuver and literally saved her life. We ordered 2 kids chicken tender meals with fries, a maui burger with grilled onions, and the huli huli crisp chicken sandwhich, all with fries The burger was very tasty. It was pretty large, and the fries were very generous. I was very full and we still had fries left over. The burger maui burger was a sweet and savory sensation. I also loved the sauce that was included. The huli huli crisp was also very delicious. It's probably our favorite. It also comes with a sauce which my wife always gets extra.
